Exploration Update from Treaty Creek Third Drill Added -- Preliminary Economic Assessment Expected in Coming Weeks Golden Triangle, NW British Columbia
Teuton’s step-outs hold resource grade, but its 20% carry dilutes the financial read-through for the project.

Teuton Resources Corp. (TSX-V: TUO) has re-issued and summarized the October 14, 2026 news release from Tudor Gold, which detailed four new drill holes—PS-26-29 to PS-26-32—drilled at the Perfectstorm Zone of the Treaty Creek joint venture. Teuton holds a 20% carried interest in the project, with Tudor acting as the 80% operator. The company has added a third drill rig and expects to complete more than 20,000 meters of drilling. Additionally, Tudor has retained Fuse Advisors to conduct a preliminary economic assessment for an underground operation at the Goldstorm Deposit, with results anticipated in the coming weeks.
In the PSP Zone, characterized by porphyry and potassic altered diorite, the following intercepts were reported:
- PS-26-30: 96.30 m @ 0.85 g/t Au, 2.94 g/t Ag from 264.30 m, including 5.30 m @ 2.02 g/t Au, 3.46 g/t Ag from 265.50 m, and 6.70 m @ 1.92 g/t Au, 4.24 g/t Ag from 297.80 m.
- PS-26-31: 11.00 m @ 1.16 g/t Au, 2.08 g/t Ag, 0.21% Cu, 116.91 ppm Mo from 115.00 m; 59.50 m @ 0.22 g/t Au, 1.42 g/t Ag, 0.19% Cu, 25.10 ppm Mo from 141.00 m, including 18.00 m @ 0.44 g/t Au, 2.53 g/t Ag, 0.36% Cu, 25.62 ppm Mo from 182.50 m; 37.50 m @ 0.67 g/t Au, 3.72 g/t Ag from 247.00 m, including 7.50 m @ 1.20 g/t Au, 13.41 g/t Ag from 277.00 m.
- PS-26-32: 2.65 m @ 3.43 g/t Au, 7.99 g/t Ag from 267.35 m; 4.15 m @ 2.12 g/t Au, 1.50 g/t Ag from 375.35 m; 16.50 m @ 0.82 g/t Au, 3.04 g/t Ag from 475.50 m, including 2.10 m @ 2.43 g/t Au, 7.61 g/t Ag; 31.80 m @ 0.98 g/t Au, 3.29 g/t Ag from 646.90 m, including 4.20 m @ 3.98 g/t Au, 14.72 g/t Ag; 1.50 m @ 15.05 g/t Au, 5.33 g/t Ag from 913.50 m.
In the PSE Zone, which features low to intermediate sulphidation, vein-hosted mineralization, the following intercepts were reported:
- PS-26-29: 25.50 m @ 1.16 g/t Au, 13.92 g/t Ag from 238.50 m, including 3.00 m @ 4.38 g/t Au, 81.97 g/t Ag from 240.00 m.
Hole PS-26-20 was reported qualitatively as intersecting a continuance of a near-surface, gold-dominant vein-hosted mineralized system, with no assays provided in the table. The mineralization is described as now covering approximately 600 m by 300 m, with a thickness ranging from 25 m to greater than 100 m.
Teuton framed the PSP expansion as cutting gold-dominant mineralization over 480 meters down-dip, bringing the system to approximately 850 m by 750 m and remaining open in all directions. Higher-grade intervals were interpreted as a gold-dominant overprint analogous to the Goldstorm deposit.
Teuton Resources Corp. (TUO) operates as a prospect generator and royalty holder rather than a traditional explorer or producer, with essentially no operating revenue from its Treaty Creek project until a production decision is made. The company’s profit and loss is driven by unrealized gains on marketable securities, including a Q1-2026 net income of $561,375, which was almost entirely composed of a $684,511 unrealized gain on securities. This prior-period context was not disclosed in today’s release. Exploration spend at Treaty Creek is funded by Tudor, meaning a Tudor drill result is diluted roughly 5:1 in Teuton’s economic exposure, further diluted by Teuton’s lack of operating control and near-term cash flow from the asset.
The company reported a 480 m down-dip step-out at the PSP Zone, featuring a deep high-grade sample at approximately 790 m vertical, alongside an enlarged PSP footprint of approximately 850 x 750 m and a strike extension of the PSE vein system. This represents incremental scale on a zone discovered only in August 2026.
The best hole reported was 96.30 m @ 0.85 g/t Au. This matches the grade of the existing 24.9 moz Indicated MRE and falls below the grade-and-metre profile of the September 18 batch, which included 101.00 m @ 0.98 g/t Au and 66.70 m @ 1.12 g/t Au, as well as the 2025 Goldstorm holes, such as GS-25-188 at 125 g·m.
The previous anchor results included PS-26-23, which returned 101.00 m @ 0.98 g/t Au and 9.39 g/t Ag (99.0 g·m Au), including 25.50 m @ 2.01 g/t Au, published on 2026-09-18, and PS-26-15’s 10.50 m @ 4.59 g/t Au from the 2026-08-07 discovery release. The stock closed at $1.47 on 2026-10-13, below the $1.65 price on 2026-08-07 and the $1.66 price on 2026-09-18. The share price has round-tripped from the $2.66 January 2026 high, set around the MRE release, and currently sits in the lower third of its 52-week range.
Today’s best result of 81.9 g·m at 0.85 g/t Au represents a modest negative on grade and gram-metres compared to the anchor’s 99.0 g·m at 0.98 g/t Au, offset by a genuine down-dip extension and a new depth dimension. On a symmetric reading, this is roughly in-line with what has already been demonstrated, with a scale extension attached.
The new results match existing resource grade and do not exceed the September holes. While the release opens a new depth dimension, it is based on a single 1.5 m uncut sample and one 31.8 m interval, representing a dimension to be tested rather than a proven one. The holes hit the target, extended it down-dip, and returned mineralization at deposit grade.
The release serves as a placeholder for the PEA. Teuton’s 20% carried interest and NSR structure caps the per-hole read-through, resulting in a small positive delta to the equity.
Teuton Resources Corp. (TUO) operates as a prospect generator with interests in more than twenty properties in the Golden Triangle of northwest British Columbia. The company was the original staker of Treaty Creek in 1984-85.
Treaty Creek remains a key asset, with Teuton holding a 20% carried interest while Tudor Gold holds 80% and pays all exploration costs until a production decision. The royalty structure includes a 0.98% NSR over the Goldstorm deposit area and the northern portion of the Perfectstorm zone. For the southern portion of the Perfectstorm zone, Teuton holds a 0.49% NSR, with an option to increase this to 1.49% for a $1M payment to the current owner.
Prior-period context from a 2026 Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) indicates 912.3 Mt Indicated @ 0.85 g/t Au, 5.07 g/t Ag, 0.15% Cu = 24.9 moz Au, 148.7 moz Ag, 3.048 Blb Cu; and 86.1 Mt Inferred @ 1.43 g/t Au = 4.0 moz Au. Higher-grade sensitivities include a US$125/t cut-off of 102.1 Mt @ 1.78 g/t Au and a US$175/t cut-off of 45.1 Mt @ 2.33 g/t Au. Metallurgy results from May 2026 show 86.3% and 87.3% Au recovery from Upper and Lower zones; the Central zone combined 82.1% Au, 88.7% Ag, 94.1% Cu; and blended results were 80.3% Au, 81.6% Ag, 89.1% Cu.
Teuton also holds other royalty interests in the Sulphurets hydrothermal system, including King Tut and Tuck (now Newmont), and High North, Orion, Delta and Fairweather (now Goldstorm Metals).
The Ram Property is Teuton's own 100%-owned exploration target. 2025 drilling (1,978 m, seven holes) returned porphyry-style copper intervals up to 163.4 m @ 151 ppm Cu and vein gold up to 1 m @ 3.64 g/t Au. These are sub-economic grades, but they establish a second, self-operated exploration story.
According to the Q1-2026 filing, the balance sheet shows cash of C$1,365,423; working capital of C$6,743,279; total equity of C$9,899,995; and a book value of C$0.17/share. The company has no debt. Marketable securities fair value is C$5,459,078, including 3,730,637 Tudor Gold shares worth C$3,767,943. Q1-2026 exploration spend on own account was only C$5,041 because Tudor funds Treaty Creek.
Corporate changes include six properties spun out to Luxor Metals Ltd. on May 16, 2025, which started trading on TSXV on May 30, 2025. Management has stated it is evaluating strategic options for the 20% Treaty Creek stake. The board consists of Dino Cremonese (President/CEO), Robert Smiley, Bill Pfaffenberger, and Alexandra Cremonese. Major shareholder historically Eric Sprott held 43,316,881 shares per a 2020 company presentation, which is stale versus the 59,871,881 shares in the Q1-2026 filing.
