OUTCROP SILVER REPORTS HIGH-GRADE SILVER-GOLD INTERCEPTS FROM MORENA AND AGUILAR DRILLING

Outcrop’s high-grade Ag-Au infill at Morena and Aguilar supports a September mineral resource estimate despite absent true widths.

Executive Summary

Outcrop Silver & Gold Corporation reported results from 14 holes at the Morena target, with six returning greater than 100 g/t AgEq. Headline results came from drill hole DH613, which intersected 0.71m @ 2,559 g/t AgEq (1,646 g/t Ag, 10.35 g/t Au), including an internal interval of 0.41m @ 4,403 g/t AgEq. Drill hole DH601 returned 1.74m @ 646 g/t AgEq (488 g/t Ag, 1.79 g/t Au). Other notable intercepts included DH636 (0.99m @ 111 g/t AgEq), DH643 (0.49m @ 219 g/t AgEq), DH588 (0.66m @ 279 g/t AgEq), and DH598 (0.49m @ 189 g/t AgEq).

At the Aguilar target, 12 holes were drilled in the north, with nine showing mineralization. Highlighted results include DH631, which intersected 0.30m @ 2,033 g/t AgEq within Aguilar N, and DH628, which returned 2.21m @ 229 g/t AgEq, including 0.30m @ 1,034 g/t AgEq. Additional intercepts included DH632 (0.61m @ 848 g/t AgEq) and DH631 (1.75m @ 303 g/t AgEq). Splay intercepts reached up to 934 g/t AgEq.

All intercepts represent downhole core length, with no estimated true width provided. The AgEq calculation utilizes gold at $2,760/oz and silver at $32/oz, with recoveries of 98.5% for gold and 96.3% for silver. These results are expected to be included in an updated mineral resource estimate anticipated for September 2026.

Material Impact

Outcrop Silver & Gold Corporation (OCG) confirmed that its upcoming Mineral Resource Estimate, scheduled for September 2026, will incorporate data from Morena and additional drilling at Aguilar North. This update aligns with the company’s stated exploration plan.

The stock has experienced a sustained downtrend from $0.62 in January 2026 to $0.29, suggesting the market had already priced in a significant resource expansion. While the reported intercepts are high-grade, they are narrow and fall short of earlier, more spectacular holes. There has been no new discovery or district-scale step-out.

For a junior explorer, routine infill results rarely move the stock unless they materially increase total ounces.

Company Overview

Outcrop Silver & Gold Corporation (TSX: OCG) is a pre-revenue junior explorer advancing its 100%-owned Santa Ana high-grade silver-gold epithermal vein project in Colombia’s Mariquita District. The company’s maiden Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE), released in June 2023, identified an Indicated resource of 1.23 million tonnes grading 614 grams per tonne silver-equivalent (AgEq), containing 24.2 million ounces, and an Inferred resource of 0.97 million tonnes grading 435 grams per tonne AgEq, containing 13.5 million ounces. These resources are distributed across seven vein systems, defined using a cut-off of 158 grams per tonne silver and a minimum underground width of 1.0 meter.

An active exploration program has resulted in more than 128,500 meters drilled across 644 holes, confirming multiple vein systems. The company anticipates near-term catalysts including an updated MRE and a Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) scheduled for the third quarter of 2026.

Outcrop Silver & Gold Corporation has 493.5 million shares outstanding, with a fully diluted count of 588.7 million shares, resulting in a market capitalization of C$152 million.
