OUTCROP SILVER IDENTIFIES NEW HIGH-GRADE SHOOT AT SANTA ANA AND EXTENDS HIGH-GRADE RESULTS AT LAS MARAS

Outcrop’s new Santa Ana shoot and Las Maras depth extend the high-grade silver-gold system at the Santa Ana project.

Executive Summary

Outcrop Silver & Gold Corporation (OCG) has released assay results from seven holes at the Santa Ana target and five holes at the Las Maras target within its Santa Ana project in Colombia. The company identified a new high-grade zone, designated "Shoot 7," on the Santa Ana structure. This zone lacks surface expression and was targeted exclusively using a 300-400 meter shoot-spacing model.

Assay highlights from the Santa Ana structure include hole DH648, which returned 9.16 meters downhole, with an estimated true width of 5.28 meters grading 127 g/t Ag and 0.70 g/t Au for 188 g/t AgEq. This interval includes 0.40 meters grading 1,930 g/t Ag and 8.65 g/t Au for 2,693 g/t AgEq. Hole DH650 returned 6.76 meters downhole, with a true width of 3.07 meters grading 122 g/t Ag and 0.73 g/t Au for 186 g/t AgEq, including 0.44 meters at 1,603 g/t AgEq. Additionally, the DH652 splay returned 0.30 meters downhole, with a true width of 0.22 meters grading 5,196 g/t Ag and 8.51 g/t Au for 5,947 g/t AgEq.

At the Las Maras target, hole DH637 returned 2.86 meters downhole, with a true width of 2.30 meters grading 1,760 g/t Ag and 5.14 g/t Au for 2,214 g/t AgEq. This interval includes 0.30 meters at 5,006 g/t AgEq and 0.51 meters at 5,533 g/t AgEq. The Las Maras DH624 splay returned 0.30 meters downhole, with a true width of 0.21 meters grading 3,386 g/t Ag and 10.99 g/t Au for 4,355 g/t AgEq.

Deepest Las Maras hole DH640 was weakly mineralized, and holes DH630 and DH653 also returned weak results. These findings will feed into the anticipated September 2026 mineral resource estimate update.

Material Impact

Outcrop Silver & Gold Corporation (OCG) is a pre-revenue junior explorer whose value depends on the scale, grade, and odds of substantial additional silver-gold mineralization. This release adds a new shoot at Santa Ana, confirms a high-grade intercept at Las Maras depth, and validates the structural spacing model. However, the results are not transformational by themselves: the Santa Ana Shoot 7 wide interval is low grade relative to the resource, and the deepest Las Maras hole was weak.

The stock has round-tripped from a 52-week high of C$0.62 to C$0.25 and has only partly recovered to C$0.35. The market is not priced for perfection. Into a September 2026 resource estimate update, this result supports resource growth and could drive a 10-20% positive move.

Outcrop Silver & Gold Corporation (OCG) is a pre-revenue junior explorer advancing its 100%-owned Santa Ana silver-gold project in the Mariquita district of Colombia. The Santa Ana property covers over 28,000 hectares and lies within a 17 km permitted mineralized corridor with a mining history dating back to 1585.

The company’s maiden resource, effective April 2023, reported 1,226 kt of Indicated resources at 614 g/t AgEq for 24.2 moz, and 966 kt of Inferred resources at 435 g/t AgEq for 13.5 moz, totaling approximately 37.7 moz AgEq. Multiple high-grade vein systems are present on the property, including Santa Ana, Aguilar, Jimenez, La Ye, Los Mangos, Guadual, Morena, and Las Maras.

Drilling activity through August 2026 totaled 133,837 m across 666 holes, with a planned 35,000 m for 2026. Financially, the company held approximately C$22.6 million in cash at Q2 2026. A presentation as of August 2026 cited approximately C$15 million in cash and a C$172 million market capitalization.
