Vault Strategic Announces Magnetic Survey Results To Support Maiden Ni 43-101 Technical Report, Follow-Up Exploration And Drill Permitting At War Bond Tungsten Project, Nevada
Vault Strategic completes a magnetic survey at its War Bond project, with an NI 43-101 report outlining plans for the next drilling campaign.

Vault Strategic Mining Corp. (KNOX) announced the completion of a high-resolution UAV magnetic survey at its War Bond Tungsten Project in Nevada. Conducted by Pioneer Exploration Consultants Ltd., the survey covered approximately 73.6 line-kilometres with 25-metre flight lines and 250-metre tie lines. Processed outputs include total magnetic intensity, first vertical derivative, and analytic signal maps.
The data will be integrated with surface exploration results and historical geological information to guide follow-up mapping, refine drill targets, and support drill permit applications. These results directly feed into the preparation of the maiden NI 43-101 technical report.
Additionally, the company adopted semi-annual financial reporting under Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933, exempting it from Q1 and Q3 interim filings starting with the period ended August 31, 2026. A corporate communications and digital marketing agreement was signed with Market Equities Limited for USD $12,500.
The company’s recent history shows a move from acquiring the War Bond claim package in May 2026, to Phase 1 surface sampling in July 2026, to deploying a drone-mag survey in August 2026, and now completing that survey in October 2026.
This update represents an expected, incremental step toward the maiden NI 43-101 technical report. It does not contain drill results, resource estimates, or economic studies. The magnetic survey data is foundational for target generation but does not independently confirm mineralization or economic viability. Historical assays up to 14.40% WO3 and recent rock-chip sampling up to 1,100 ppm W provide context, but modern confirmation drilling remains the critical next catalyst.
Financially, the company closed a $1.5 million non-brokered private placement in September 2026, providing near-term liquidity. However, the company remains pre-revenue with a working capital deficit and an explicit going concern warning. The adoption of semi-annual reporting is an administrative change that reduces filing frequency but does not alter the underlying financial position or exploration timeline. The news is in line with previous expectations and management's stated roadmap, providing no immediate upside surprise or downside miss.
Vault Strategic Mining Corp. (KNOX) is a pre-revenue exploration company focused on acquiring and advancing historical mineral properties in North America. The company’s flagship asset is the War Bond Tungsten Project, located in the Delaware Mining District of western Nevada. The claim package covers approximately 400 acres and encompasses the historical War Bond, Tactite, and Thursday tungsten mines.
Mineralization at the site consists of scheelite-bearing tactite or skarn developed near granite-limestone contacts. Historical production between 1952 and 1953 reported grades of approximately 0.3% to 0.45% WO3. Recent Phase 1 sampling returned tungsten values up to 1,100 ppm W and manganese up to 4,430 ppm.
In addition to its Nevada operations, Vault Strategic Mining holds other assets including the Letain Nickel Project in British Columbia, the Mia Silver Project in Idaho, the Robinson Dike in Idaho, and the Golden Dome Project in California. The company has strategically prioritized War Bond for near-term advancement, ceasing activities on the Wheeler and Mirage-Mariposa properties. The company’s strategy involves acquiring historical assets via option agreements, consolidating historical data, conducting modern exploration, and advancing toward NI 43-101 compliant resource estimates and drilling.
