Cambria Gold Mines Intersects 98.56 g/t Gold over 8.2 Metres at the Silver Coin Deposit, Premier Gold Project

Cambria reports a 98.56 g/t gold sample capped at approximately 5 g/t in its latest drilling results.

Executive Summary

Cambria Gold Mines Inc. (CAMB) has released new assay results from four diamond drillholes, totaling 657 meters of infill drilling at the Silver Coin Deposit, which is part of the Premier Mining Complex near Stewart, BC. The company noted that this represents the first 2026 infill batch from Silver Coin, with the northern portion having been mined in the 1990s via longhole stoping. The current infill focus is on the southern extension, while results from over 14,000 meters at Silver Coin remain pending.

The drill results are as follows:

  • SC26-2714: 8.2 m @ 98.56 g/t Au (including 794.00 g/t Au over 1.0 m); 16.0 m @ 4.61 g/t Au (including 10.67 g/t over 5.0 m); 7.4 m @ 3.10 g/t Au; 6.0 m @ 2.54 g/t Au. ETW 68%.
  • SC26-2710: 4.4 m @ 22.62 g/t Au (including 93.80 g/t over 1.0 m); 20.0 m @ 3.75 g/t Au (including 10.75, 11.25 and 19.95 g/t over 1.0 m each). ETW 82%.
  • SC26-2719: 30.0 m @ 2.32 g/t Au; 10.6 m @ 4.55 g/t Au (including 15.25 and 13.7 g/t over 1.0 m each). ETW 97%.
  • SC26-2711: 1.0 m @ 19.10 g/t Au (with 30,600 ppm Zn / 11,700 ppm Pb); 42.0 m @ 1.66 g/t Au (including 10.45 g/t over 1.0 m, 11.95 g/t over 1.1 m). ETW 73%.

Composites were calculated using a 1 g/t Au cut-off with a maximum 3 m internal waste interval, and "including" intervals were defined at 10 g/t Au. Silver, zinc, and lead are reported in the accompanying table. Additionally, the release announced a promotional and investor relations agreement with Native Ads Inc. for up to US$250,000.

Material Impact

Cambria Gold Mines Inc. (CAMB) is a recapitalized development-stage company, formerly known as Ascot Resources, which operates a 2,500 tpd mill under care and maintenance. The company holds existing resources and a 2020 feasibility study, with plans to target a mine restart and an updated mineral resource estimate (MRE) and feasibility study (FS) in the first half of 2027. At this stage, drill results rarely re-rate the company unless they materially change reserves or mine life.

The recent results represent the first 2026 look at the Silver Coin deposit, confirming a bulk-UG grade and width character that will feed the mill alongside Premier. Silver Coin is a known, historically-mined deposit rather than a new discovery. The reported wide intervals of 1.66-4.61 g/t are in-line to modestly below the company’s own prior headline zones.

The stock is currently trading at C$0.71, approximately 65% below its February 2026 high of C$2.02 and within a few cents of its 52-week low of C$0.66. Prior high-grade headlines, including the April 602 Zone and September Prew results, produced only brief price pops that round-tripped. While the price assumes little, this result is not materially better in grade-and-width substance than what was already demonstrated.

The results de-risk the Silver Coin feed source and support the hub-and-spoke restart narrative, though they do not change contained metal, which awaits the MRE and FS. Prior-period context not disclosed in today’s release indicates a FY-2025 net loss of C$390.4M and a Q1-2026 net loss of C$75.4M. Total debt stood at approximately C$65.7M in FY-2025, with interest settled in shares, characterizing the company as a cash-burning developer.

Company Overview

Cambria Gold Mines Inc. (TSXV: CAMB; OTCQX: CAMVF), headquartered in Vancouver, operates the Premier Gold Project and Premier Mining Complex in the Golden Triangle on Nisga'a Treaty lands. The company, formerly known as Ascot Resources, underwent a C$175 million two-tranche recapitalization between December 2025 and January 2026. As of the first quarter of 2026, the company held approximately C$131.8 million in cash, with its mill currently under care and maintenance and no revenue generated.

The Premier Mining Complex features a 2,500 tonnes per day mill and includes several deposits: Premier-Premier Northern Lights (Prew), which contains 602 zones; Silver Coin; Big Missouri; Dilworth; and Martha Ellen. Additionally, the company holds the Red Mountain property, located approximately 15 km northeast of Stewart. Red Mountain contains Measured and Indicated resources of 3.19 million tonnes at 7.63 g/t Au and 21.02 g/t Ag, equating to 783,000 ounces of gold, along with Inferred resources of 405,000 tonnes at 5.32 g/t Au. The company plans to blend Red Mountain material with Premier feed at a ratio of 75/25.

In Washington State, Cambria retains the Mt. Margaret property, a copper-gold-molybdenum porphyry deposit. This asset was retained after the company terminated a spin-out to ECC Ventures 4. Historical data, which is not NI 43-101 compliant, indicates 577 million tonnes at 0.36% Cu, 0.24 g/t Au, 0.011% Mo, and 1.58 g/t Ag.

The company’s strategy involves a hub-and-spoke restart, with Silver Coin and Premier serving as the initial feed. An updated mineral resource estimate and feasibility study are targeted for the first half of 2027, with mill commissioning planned for the fourth quarter of 2027 and a ramp-up period extending through 2028.
