Zentek's ZenGUARD(TM) Enhanced Air Filtration Media Completes Qualification Program with Quality Filters Inc.; First U.S. Commercial Order Received
Zentek secures its first US commercial order, validating its pilot program while facing a Nasdaq delisting deadline at $0.67.

Zentek Ltd. announced that its U.S. manufacturing partner, Quality Filters Inc., has successfully completed a validation and qualification program for ZenGUARD™ Enhanced Air Filtration Media. Quality Filters has placed the first commercial order for 244 rolls of the media to support the production of multiple sizes of HVAC air filters.
This milestone transitions the product from the pilot evaluation program announced on March 4, 2026, into commercial production and market launch activities. The partnership establishes a commercial pathway into the U.S. air filtration market, projected to reach ~US$7.4 billion by 2032. The order follows an exclusive licensing agreement with Applied Silver Inc. (announced June 26, 2026) to incorporate EPA-registered silver technology into the media.
Zentek Ltd. (ZEN) has secured an initial order for 244 rolls, a development that follows the pilot announcement made in March 2026. While the deal validates the product-market fit for the company's graphene-based filtration technology, the revenue generated from this initial order is financially immaterial to Zentek's current revenue base. The announcement confirms that the commercialization pathway is progressing as planned, though it does not alter the near-term financial outlook or cash burn profile. Sustained order volume will be required to impact the income statement.
Zentek Ltd. operates across three core platforms following a strategic reset in late 2025: Albany Graphite, ZenGUARD™, and Triera Biosciences. The company’s flagship project, ZenGUARD™ Enhanced Air Filtration Media, utilizes graphene-based materials science to improve viral filtration efficiency without increasing pressure drop or energy consumption. It has received Canadian patent protection and Health Canada regulatory clearance.
Albany Graphite is an ultra-high-purity graphite project in Ontario targeting nuclear, defense, and battery markets. Independent testing confirmed 5N+ (99.9992%) purity with low boron content, meeting nuclear-grade specifications. Triera Biosciences focuses on aptamer-based diagnostics and therapeutics, recently launching CRO services to generate near-term revenue.
