First Mining and Slate Falls Nation Agree to Key Terms of Project Agreement for Springpole Gold Project

First Mining Gold Corp. has entered into a Term Sheet Agreement with Slate Falls Nation (SFN) to negotiate a final Project Agreement for the Springpole Gold Project in northwestern Ontario. The agreement outlines SFN's development parameters, a collaborative process for regulatory approvals and environmental protections, and mechanisms for SFN to participate in future project design optimizations and financial opportunities.
