Orezone Files Technical Report for the Casa Berardi Updated Life-of-Mine Plan
Orezone confirms the Casa Berardi life of mine plan with no new catalysts.

Orezone Gold Corporation has filed the NI 43-101 Technical Report supporting the updated Life-of-Mine Plan for its Casa Berardi mine. The report, which carries an effective date of June 30, 2026, is available on SEDAR+ and the company website.
Management stated there are no material differences between the filed Technical Report and the results previously disclosed in the September 15, 2026 news release. The Qualified Persons for the report are internal company staff Rob Henderson, P.Eng., and Alexandre Nickerson, P.Eng.
Orezone Gold Corporation (ORE) filed a routine administrative confirmation of the September 15, 2026, Life of Mine (LoM) study. The filing introduces no new data, revised assumptions, or changes to guidance.
The market has already priced in the LoM metrics. The stock’s pullback from the September 22 high of $3.37 to the current $2.56 reflects digestion of the high near-term Casa Berardi All-In Sustaining Costs (AISC) guidance of $2,600–$2,800 and broader sector positioning, rather than a reaction to this filing. The update has zero material impact on valuation, cash flow, or mine life.
Orezone Gold Corporation (ORE) is a multi-asset gold producer operating the Bomboré mine in Burkina Faso and the Casa Berardi mine in Quebec, Canada. Casa Berardi is a producing underground and open-pit mine with 3.2moz historic production, currently transitioning to a 14-year Life of Mine plan centered on higher-grade underground mining and optimized open-pit sequencing.
Bomboré operates oxide and hard rock circuits, with Stage 1 hard rock expansion at commercial production and Stage 2A expansion underway. The company also holds Heva-Hosco, an advanced-stage exploration project along the Cadillac-Larder Lake Break, targeting a Preliminary Economic Assessment in Q4 2026. Additionally, Orezone Gold holds a 19,500-hectare land package along the 37km Casa Berardi Fault, providing significant regional exploration upside.
