Davidson River Drilling Doubles Thunderbird Corridor Width, Intersects Dravite-Clay Alteration Across All Tested Trends

Standard reports a 450 m model width at its 52-week low, with no assays or grades disclosed.

Executive Summary

Standard Uranium Ltd. (STND) released a geological interpretation of its summer 2026 Davidson River program, which included 6,734 m in 12 holes across the Warrior, Bronco and Thunderbird trends. No new assay data was provided, and whole-rock geochemistry remains pending at SRC.

In the Thunderbird trend, five holes over approximately 2.8 km of strike revealed oriented core showing shears striking NNW and dipping steeply SW. Ten stacked shears were modelled as a corridor approximately 450 m wide at the unconformity, double the pre-program model. Individual intersections quoted are structural rather than mineralized, including a 19 m brittle-ductile graphitic shear in DR-26-044 (306.8-325.6 m) and a 10 m graphitic shear in DR-26-041 (420.4-430.6 m).

The Bronco trend was defined by holes DR-26-040, -042, -047 and -048, which outline a 250-400 m wide corridor over 1.3 km of strike. In the Warrior trend, DR-26-049 returned a 5.3 m fault breccia with cataclasite and clay alteration (474.95-480.25 m), while DR-26-050 intersected a brittle-reactivated graphitic fault (253.0-256.4 m). Both intersections hit dravite plus illite-kaolinite.

Radioactivity data was re-reported from the October 1, 2026 release, with no new counts per second recorded. Reported values include up to 1,650 cps over 464.0-466.0 m in DR-26-040, 320 cps at 356.3-356.4 m in DR-26-043, and up to 570 cps at 493-493.5 m in DR-26-047.

Alteration features included dravite in five holes across all three trends, Mg-rich chlorite (possibly sudoite) along Thunderbird, and kaolinite-rich alteration extending more than 300 m below the unconformity in DR-26-047 and DR-26-049. SWIR/PIMA verification was conducted by Rekasa Rocks.

Corporate details included the naming of QP Sean Hillacre and the SRC ISO/IEC 17025 lab. Blanks, standards and repeats were described, with all intervals reported as core lengths and true widths unknown. Corridor widths are explicitly horizontal widths at the unconformity.

Material Impact

Standard Uranium Ltd. (STND) is a pre-resource explorer with no revenue, a going-concern flag, and a C$9.6M equity base. At this size, a genuine intercept re-rates the stock violently, but model interpretation does not. The expectation anchor for the Davidson River project is the October 1, 2026 release, which featured the same cps figures and 12 holes as the current update. That previous release was followed by the stock sliding from $0.07 to $0.06. The stock is currently at its 52-week low, down from $0.13 in February, with nothing priced in.

The current release does not materially improve grade-and-width substance compared to anything previously demonstrated, as it contains no new grade or width on mineralization. It restates the anomalies from October 1 and adds a bigger box around the same untested rock. Consequently, the upside rule cannot be invoked.

Corporate overhang remains a factor due to two concurrent flow-through placements at $0.08, totaling $1M and upsized to $2M, plus a $3M strategic placement at $0.0765. The closing of the strategic placement has been extended to November 16, 2026. The share count of 159.5M would rise approximately 16% on the $2M tranche alone. The company must also incur $2,745,172 of qualifying CEE by December 31, 2026, to satisfy flow-through obligations.

The expected share-price impact of this release is minimal on its own. The reaction will be determined by the assay batch, not by this release.

Company Overview

Standard Uranium Ltd. (TSXV: STND; OTCQB: STTDF; FSE: 9SU0) is a uranium explorer and project generator holding interests in more than 272,035 acres (110,089 hectares) in the Athabasca Basin of Saskatchewan. The company’s flagship asset is the Davidson River property, a 100% interest covering 30,737 hectares across 10 claims in the southwest Athabasca region. Located approximately 25 kilometers west of the Arrow and Triple R projects and roughly 75 kilometers south of the past-producing Cluff Lake mine, the property features more than 70 kilometers of conductive strike across the Warrior, Bronco, Thunderbird, and Saint trends, with over 60 kilometers remaining untested. Exploration since 2020 has comprised 23,295 meters in 51 holes, though the company currently holds no resource estimate.

The Eastern Athabasca portfolio spans 59,748 hectares and includes several joint venture and earn-in opportunities. The Corvo property, covering 12,265 hectares, is under a three-year earn-in agreement with Aventis Energy, which can acquire a 75% interest by spending C$6 million; the project is funded and operated by Standard Uranium. The Rocas property, comprising 4,002 hectares, is subject to an earn-in with Collective Metals, allowing the partner to earn 75% for C$4.5 million. Additional available options include the Atlantic, Canary, Ascent, Sable, and Umbra properties.

In the northwest basin, the Sun Dog property covers 19,604 hectares and is 100% owned by Standard Uranium following the conclusion of Aero Energy’s option. The site is located near the historic Gunnar mine, where surface grab samples have returned values up to 13-17% U3O8, though these have not been drill-confirmed. The best drill result to date is SD-24-019, which intersected 0.32% U3O8. The property is currently being marketed to secure a new joint venture partner.

Financially, Standard Uranium reported a net loss of C$1.16 million for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027, ending July 31, 2026. At that date, the company held C$1.01 million in cash, C$636,791 in working capital, and total equity of C$15.86 million, resulting in a book value of approximately C$0.10 per share across 159.5 million shares outstanding. For the full fiscal year 2026, the company recorded a net loss of C$2.94 million and an operating cash outflow of C$2.85 million. Management has indicated a going-concern flag, noting the company must incur C$2,745,172 in qualifying current and expected expenditures by December 31, 2026.

The company generates no revenue and relies on flow-through equity and partner earn-in spending for funding. Recent capital raises include flow-through placements at $0.08, initially raising $1 million and upsized to $2 million, consisting of 25 million units with half-warrants exercisable at $0.12. Additionally, a C$3 million strategic placement at $0.0765 raised capital for 39.2 million units, granting a 19.7% stake, a board nomination, and warrant acceleration at $0.30. The closing of this strategic placement has been extended to November 16, 2026.
