Tower Obtains Five Strong Gold Intersections up to 12.5 m Wide in Hole 081 at Thunder North and Discovers Fourth Cu-Au Breccia Pipe

Tower reports low-grade gold in Hole 081 at the Blue Sky project, with weak step-outs limiting the width of the porphyry pipe mineralisation.

Executive Summary

Tower Resources Ltd. (TWR) has reported the final three holes from its eight-hole, 2,303.5 m June diamond program at Rabbit North. The release of results from holes RN-25-079, RN-25-080, and RN-25-081 completes the assay set, following earlier delays caused by a shortage of experienced core cutters.

  • Hole 081, Thunder North: 47.00-51.20 m, 4.2 m at 0.86 g/t Au; 77.00-82.50 m, 5.5 m at 2.90 g/t Au; 110.50-122.70 m, 12.2 m at 1.38 g/t Au; 198.80-200.00 m, 1.2 m at 26.10 g/t Au; 213.30-225.80 m, 12.5 m at 1.40 g/t Au; 246.60-250.70 m, 4.1 m at 6.10 g/t Au, including 248.50-249.60 m, 1.1 m at 20.40 g/t Au.
  • Hole 079, Blue Sky: 69.70-105.50 m, 35.8 m at 0.17 g/t Au; 119.00-141.00 m, 24.0 m at 0.18 g/t Au; 143.00-161.00 m, 18.0 m at 0.10% Cu and 0.20 g/t Au in a Cu-Au breccia pipe; 230.60-233.70 m, 3.1 m at 2.82 g/t Au.
  • Hole 080, Blue Sky: 59.50-65.00 m, 5.5 m at 0.91 g/t Au; 136.50-205.00 m, 68.5 m at 0.16% Cu and 0.16 g/t Au in a Cu-Au breccia pipe, with the most intensely brecciated tuff returning 8.8 m at 0.41% Cu and 0.21 g/t Au.

The company also reported a fourth Cu-Au breccia pipe within a 1 km² area west of the Durand Stock, linking the pipes to a conceptual, wholly preserved porphyry Cu-Au system roughly 1 km below the current holes.

True widths were not determined. Gold values are uncut. Samples above 15 g/t Au are shown individually. The release does not state a clear cutoff grade, and the table includes intervals as low as 0.17 g/t Au and 0.10% Cu.

Material Impact

Tower Resources Ltd. (TWR) is a pre-resource, pre-revenue explorer with a market capitalization of roughly C$24M. At this stage, materiality is judged by whether the release makes the Rabbit North system look larger, higher grade or more likely to become economic. Hole 081 adds stacked gold intervals on the eastern Thunder North side and supports the idea of a broader mineralized structure, but the best continuous intervals are moderate and true width is unknown. The Blue Sky holes weaken the case for wide, continuous near-surface mineralization immediately west of the prior holes. The copper breccia pipe is low grade and the deep porphyry is conceptual.

The price chart shows the stock has not embedded a high expectation from the prior good holes. It traded around C$0.23 in November 2025, was C$0.17 in March 2026 despite the 40.05 g/t Au Hole 072, was C$0.15 on October 15, 2026 despite Hole 077's 20.3 m at 3.13 g/t Au, and closed at C$0.13 on November 4, 2026, near its 52-week low of C$0.12. The market has already de-rated the story and is not priced for repetition. That cuts both ways: the release does not need to beat an embedded anchor, but it also does not deliver the grade-and-width substance that would reverse the drift. The impact is incremental at Thunder North and negative for Blue Sky continuity.

Company Overview

Tower Resources Ltd. is a TSXV-listed junior explorer focused on British Columbia. Its flagship asset is the 17,526 ha Rabbit North orogenic gold and porphyry Cu-Au project in the Kamloops district, located between the Highland Valley copper mine and New Afton copper-gold mine. The company also holds the More Creek epithermal gold project in the Golden Triangle and the Nechako porphyry-associated gold-silver project in central BC. All properties are in the exploration stage, and no mineral resources or reserves have been reported.

Rabbit North features four discovered gold zones: Lightning, Thunder, Thunder North, and Blue Sky, spanning a claimed 2.7 km trend. Since 2021, the company has drilled less than 13,000 m at the site.

In the first quarter of fiscal 2026, which ended January 31, 2026, Tower Resources reported no revenue, a net loss of C$86,626, exploration spending of C$906,507, and cash holdings of C$1,603,848. The company’s net loss for fiscal 2025 was C$3,195,729. The management discussion and analysis includes an explicit going-concern warning and notes reliance on equity financing. A financing raised in July 2026 generated approximately C$1.72M gross, but the company remains pre-revenue and dependent on further capital.
