C3 Metals Intersects 64.9 Metres at 3.45% Copper Equivalent, Including 23.3 Metres at 6.64% Copper Equivalent at its Khaleesi Project, Peru - Highest Grade Copper and Gold Mineralization Intersected to Date at Khaleesi
C3 hit high-grade Khaleesi skarn, with confirmation and true width to follow.

C3 Metals Inc. (CCCM) has released assay results for drill hole KHZ5790-005 at its 100%-owned Khaleesi copper project in southern Peru, describing the intersection as the highest-grade copper-gold-silver mineralization encountered to date. The hole was drilled to a total depth of 571.9 m, entering a garnet-magnetite skarn sequence at approximately 313 m downhole.
Reported intervals, all as downhole core lengths: - 27.0 m at 0.22% Cu, 0.021 g/t Au, 0.69 g/t Ag, 4 ppm Mo (0.25% CuEq) from 218.1 m. - 9.1 m at 0.22% Cu, 0.027 g/t Au, 1.21 g/t Ag, 33 ppm Mo (0.27% CuEq) from 300.5 m. - 64.9 m at 2.53% Cu, 0.873 g/t Au, 11.59 g/t Ag, 6 ppm Mo (3.45% CuEq) from 337.6 m. - Including 23.3 m at 4.75% Cu, 1.837 g/t Au, 20.42 g/t Ag, 5 ppm Mo (6.64% CuEq) from 352.1 m. - 17.1 m at 0.16% Cu, 0.009 g/t Au, 0.30 g/t Ag, 42 ppm Mo (0.19% CuEq) from 426.3 m. - 41.5 m at 0.27% Cu, 0.012 g/t Au, 0.51 g/t Ag, 160 ppm Mo (0.36% CuEq) from 507.5 m.
The company states that chalcopyrite occurs as disseminations, cm-scale veins, and locally massive infill within the magnetite and garnet skarn. C3 Metals reports 16,830 m drilled in 38 holes from 17 platforms, with one hole currently in progress. Adjacent holes KHZ5790-006 and KHZ5790-007 are complete, with assays pending. Follow-up 50-100 m step-out holes are planned, and a 3DIP survey is due for completion in November 2026.
CuEq is calculated using three-year trailing prices of US$4.18/lb Cu, US$2,600/oz Au, US$30.54/oz Ag and US$21.46/lb Mo, with 80% metallurgical recovery assumed for all metals. The formula is disclosed. Composites use a 0.15% Cu cutoff and allow up to 12 m of internal dilution. True thicknesses are not determined.
C3 Metals Inc. (CCCM) is a pre-resource explorer, not a producer. At the Khaleesi project, there is no mineral resource estimate; the 51.9 Mt at 0.50% Cu and 0.20 g/t Au figure refers to the Jasperoide/Montaña de Cobre resource, not Khaleesi. Consequently, this result is not an infill hole confirming a known reserve. It is a step-out/high-grade exploration hit that changes the perceived grade ceiling of the Khaleesi skarn system.
The stock is trading at C$0.58, near its 52-week low of C$0.54 and far below its C$1.48 high. It is also well below the C$1.10 February 2026 financing price. Prior high-grade results, including the October 27 hole at 70.9 m and 0.62% CuEq, did not lift the equity; the stock drifted lower into the end of October. The market is not paying for this high-grade result in advance.
The delta versus the anchor is strongly positive: 64.9 m at 3.45% CuEq and 23.3 m at 6.64% CuEq are several times the grade-thickness of the best prior high-grade intervals. On an equity of about C$72.7 million, with prior-period cash of C$30.8 million, an implied enterprise value near C$42 million, a genuine high-grade skarn zone would be material to the Khaleesi story.
C3 Metals Inc. (TSXV: CCCM; OTCQB: CUAUF) is a copper-gold explorer focused on projects in Peru and Jamaica. Its Peruvian land package comprises approximately 31,000 hectares in the Andahuaylas-Yauri porphyry-skarn belt, encompassing the Khaleesi and Jasperoide projects. Khaleesi is 100% owned and is the subject of current drilling activities. The Jasperoide project hosts the Montaña de Cobre skarn, where the company reports a Measured and Indicated resource of 51.9 million tonnes at 0.50% total copper and 0.20 grams per tonne gold, containing 569.1 million pounds of copper and 326,800 ounces of gold. This resource estimate applies to Jasperoide/MCZ, not Khaleesi.
In Jamaica, C3 Metals holds a 100% interest in 17,855 hectares of exploration licences. Freeport-McMoRan Exploration Corporation has an option over 13,020 of those hectares to earn up to a 75% interest by funding up to US$75 million. The Bellas Gate project is subject to this Freeport earn-in agreement. Additionally, the company holds a 50% interest in 9,870 hectares in a joint venture with Geophysx Jamaica Ltd., which covers the Super Block project.
Prior-period context indicates that as of February 28, 2026, the company reported cash of C$30.8 million, total liabilities of C$1.45 million, no debt, and a working capital surplus of approximately C$30.1 million. The accompanying MD&A carried a going-concern flag because the company is pre-revenue and dependent on future financing, despite the post-financing cash balance. The February 2026 bought deal raised C$28.0 million at C$1.10 per share, issuing 25.455 million shares. Latest provided shares outstanding are 125.34 million, giving a calculated market capitalization of about C$72.7 million at C$0.58.
