C3 Metals Intersects 101.9 Metres at 0.38% and 70.9 Metres at 0.62% Copper Equivalent at its Khaleesi Project, Peru - Mineralization Extended East
C3 repeats 0.38% CuEq in Khaleesi hole 38, while deeper skarn mineralisation was not repeated in the adjacent hole.

C3 Metals Inc. (CCCM) has reported drill results from two holes at its 100%-owned Khaleesi copper project in southern Peru. The drilling was designed to test the KHZ5950 section line and extend mineralization 200 meters eastward.
The results from hole KHZ5960-004 include the following intercepts: - 28.40–130.30 m: 101.90 m @ 0.31% Cu, 0.025 g/t Au, 1.06 g/t Ag, 64 ppm Mo (0.38% CuEq) - 174.30–179.90 m: 5.60 m @ 0.51% Cu, 0.052 g/t Au, 0.86 g/t Ag, 118 ppm Mo (0.63% CuEq) - 303.80–319.30 m: 15.50 m @ 0.19% Cu, 0.014 g/t Au, 0.49 g/t Ag, 28 ppm Mo (0.23% CuEq) - 376.60–447.50 m: 70.90 m @ 0.53% Cu, 0.036 g/t Au, 0.88 g/t Ag, 112 ppm Mo (0.62% CuEq) - 480.00–492.00 m: 12.00 m @ 0.28% Cu, 0.032 g/t Au, 0.83 g/t Ag, 86 ppm Mo (0.37% CuEq)
Hole KHZ5960-005 returned the following intercepts: - 36.70–118.00 m: 81.30 m @ 0.27% Cu, 0.021 g/t Au, 0.84 g/t Ag, 54 ppm Mo (0.33% CuEq) - 142.00–209.50 m: 67.50 m @ 0.20% Cu, 0.020 g/t Au, 0.53 g/t Ag, 124 ppm Mo (0.29% CuEq) - 370.70–402.50 m: 31.80 m @ 0.19% Cu, 0.016 g/t Au, 0.53 g/t Ag, 54 ppm Mo (0.24% CuEq) - 437.50–445.00 m: 7.50 m @ 0.21% Cu, 0.027 g/t Au, 0.59 g/t Ag, 132 ppm Mo (0.31% CuEq)
The company noted that a 0.15% copper cutoff was used, with a maximum internal dilution of 12 meters. The data represents length-weighted composites based on downhole core lengths, and true thicknesses have yet to be determined. Additionally, KHZ5960-005 did not intersect the magnetite skarn at depth.
To date, the program has totaled approximately 16,830 meters across 38 holes from 17 platforms, with one hole currently in progress. Qualified Person Stephen Hughes, P.Geo., is responsible for the technical content. Assays were performed at ALS Lima. The company stated explicitly that no metallurgical testwork has been completed.
C3 Metals Inc. (CCCM) is a pre-revenue explorer with a market capitalization of approximately C$68 million and cash holdings of C$30.8 million as of 28 February 2026, implying an enterprise value in the high C$30 millions. The company has drilled 16,830 meters to date.
The company’s previous expectation anchor was established by result KHZ5960-001, published on 24 June 2026, which reported 109.0 meters at 0.39% CuEq from 45.0 meters plus 118.0 meters at 0.37% CuEq from 354.9 meters, totaling 86.2 CuEq %-m. Following the publication, the stock closed at C$0.63 on 24 June 2026, rose to C$0.78 by 29–30 June, and subsequently declined to C$0.54 by 26 October 2026, marking a fresh 52-week low.
The latest drilling results include a best new hole with 94.2 CuEq %-m, which is modestly above the anchor, and a second hole with 56.3 CuEq %-m. The second hole missed the skarn, confirming the existing grade-and-width substance rather than improving it. Previous holes, including KHZ5825-004 (106.3 CuEq %-m across three intervals), KHZ5800-002 (51.1 m @ 0.86% CuEq including 18.0 m @ 1.85%), and KHZ5825-003 (148 m @ 0.42% CuEq), have already established the grade envelope. KHZ5960-004 is the second-best hole by total metal content and does not alter the scale, grade, or odds of the project.
Material changes would have required a genuine 200–300 meter lateral step-out on a new pad hitting the skarn at ≥0.6% CuEq, or a third consecutive hole through the high-grade skarn. The current results represent a fan from an existing pad, featuring one good skarn pierce point, one miss, and a restatement of the same low-grade blanket.
C3 Metals Inc. (TSXV: CCCM; OTCQB: CUAUF) is a Toronto-based pre-revenue copper-gold explorer holding approximately 31,000 hectares in the Andahuaylas-Yauri porphyry-skarn belt of southern Peru, along with tenure in Jamaica.
In Peru, the company’s active drill programme at Khaleesi comprises 100% ownership and has completed 38 holes for 16,830 meters, with no resource defined. At Jasperoide, also 100% owned, a maiden measured and indicated resource of 51.94 million tonnes at 0.50% copper and 0.20 grams per tonne gold (569.1 million pounds copper, 326.8 thousand ounces gold) plus 4.0 million tonnes inferred at 0.32% copper exists on the first of 13 identified skarn prospects along a 28 km belt.
In Jamaica, C3 Metals holds 13,020 of 17,855 hectares at Bellas Gate under a Freeport-McMoRan earn-in agreement requiring US$25 million over five years for a 51% interest, with C3 as operator, and a further US$50 million over four years to reach 75%. Historical porphyry intercepts at the site include 309 meters at 0.44% copper and 0.33 grams per tonne gold at Connors, and 79 meters at 0.71% copper and 0.49 grams per tonne gold at Provost. These are non-43-101 historical numbers and carry no QA/QC weight. The company also holds a 50/50 joint venture at Super Block with Geophysx.
The company’s leadership includes Chairman Tony Manini, CEO Dan Symons, and VP Exploration and Qualified Person Stephen Hughes.
Financial data for the six months ended 28 February 2026 shows cash of C$30.84 million, working capital of C$30.06 million, total liabilities of C$1.45 million, and no debt. The book value is C$0.81 per share compared to a C$0.54 share price. Operating cash burn was C$1.52 million for the half, with an investing outflow of C$5.87 million. The MD&A carries a going-concern emphasis despite the cash balance.
