C3 Metals Identifies Multiple Coincident Magnetic and Gravity Anomalies to Drill at Its Khaleesi Project, Peru
C3 expands the Khaleesi geophysics target footprint ahead of planned Q4 drilling activities at the project.

C3 Metals Inc. (CCCM) has completed drone-based magnetic and gravity surveys at its Khaleesi copper project in Peru, identifying multiple coincident anomalies that point to blind magnetite skarn targets. The company expanded the survey area by 65%, increasing the footprint from 900 to 1,500 hectares, to capture a large-scale anomaly located 2km northeast of the main skarn zone.
Surface mapping and soil sampling are expected in Q4 2026, alongside planned geometallurgical work for copper, gold, silver, molybdenum, and iron. C3 Metals intends to drill-test the newly identified targets during the same period, contingent on receiving an amended environmental drill permit (DIA).
The announcement confirms the success of initial geophysical surveys and justifies the expansion of the survey footprint.
The release does not contain new assay results, financial updates, or major partnership milestones, serving instead as an incremental step toward future drilling. Given the company’s consistent history of advancing Khaleesi with drilling and geophysics since late 2025, the update aligns with management’s stated exploration roadmap. No immediate financial or valuation impact is anticipated, with the market likely viewing the news as a positive but routine validation of the targeting model ahead of the Q4 drill program.
C3 Metals Inc. is a pre-revenue exploration company focused on copper-gold projects in Peru and Jamaica. Its flagship asset is the Khaleesi Copper Project in southern Peru, located in the world-class Andahuaylas-Yauri porphyry-skarn belt near major producers like Las Bambas and Constancia. The company also holds other projects, including Bellas Gate and Super Block in Jamaica, which are subject to a Freeport-McMoRan earn-in agreement. C3 Metals is in the advanced exploration phase, with all assets in the discovery or delineation stage and no economic studies or production guidance.
