Kingsmen Drills 566 g/t AgEq (348 g/t Silver & 0.42 g/t Gold) Over 2.52 Meters, Including 899g/t AgEq (532 g/t Silver & 0.67g/t Gold) Over 1.25 Meters, at New Leona Zone Discovery on Soledad II, Las Coloradas
Kingsmen hit Best Soledad II with unproven tonnage at a 52-week-low price.

Kingsmen Resources Ltd. (KNG) has announced a new discovery of shallow silver at the Leona zone on the Soledad II structure, following drilling results from three holes: LC-26-027, LC-26-028, and LC-26-029. The company reported intersections ranging from 59 to 66 meters downhole.
LC-26-028 returned 2.52 m @ 566 g/t AgEq (348 g/t Ag, 0.42 g/t Au, 3.76% Pb, 7.33% Zn) from 59.30-61.82 m, including 1.25 m @ 899 g/t AgEq (532 g/t Ag, 0.67 g/t Au, 6.47% Pb, 12.34% Zn) and 0.55 m @ 466 g/t AgEq. The same hole also returned stacked hanging-wall hits: 0.25 m @ 232 g/t AgEq (46.80 m) and 1.15 m @ 345 g/t AgEq (70.85-72.00 m).
LC-26-029 returned 6.50 m @ 303 g/t AgEq (191 g/t Ag, 0.30 g/t Au, 3.00% Pb, 2.89% Zn) from 59.50-66.00 m, including 1.35 m @ 787 g/t AgEq and 0.49 m @ 744 g/t AgEq.
LC-26-027, which served as a 50 m undercut, returned 1.45 m @ 52 g/t AgEq (97.35 m), 0.38 m @ 154 g/t AgEq, 1.38 m @ 91 g/t AgEq, and 3.25 m @ 48 g/t AgEq.
The geometry of the drilling included LC-26-027 as a 50 m undercut of LC-25-012, while LC-26-028 and LC-26-029 acted as 50 m step-outs north and south. Kingsmen Resources claims a combined mineralized envelope of more than 100 m strike and more than 50 m depth, located within a 1.6 km structure of which only approximately 100 m has been drilled.
Geologically, the area features a sediment/quartz-feldspar-porphyry contact with massive and semi-massive sphalerite-pyrite-galena-arsenopyrite-pyrrhotite. The Soledad II structure dips west, opposite to the Soledad structure located 250 m to the east.
The disclosed method involved HQ core sawn and half sampled at ALS Chihuahua. Samples were analyzed using ME-MS61 four-acid, with Au-AA23 fire assay. Quality control included CSRM, blanks, and duplicates. The laboratory is ISO/IEC 17025:2017 certified, and the Qualified Person is Kieran Downes. The AgEq formula, price deck, and recoveries are fully disclosed. Intersections are downhole widths, and true width cannot be calculated at this time.
Kingsmen Resources Ltd. (KNG) released data regarding its Soledad II project, marking a significant step in the exploration of the site. The company, a pre-resource explorer with no current resource estimate, preliminary economic assessment, or metallurgical data, reported cash of C$13.9 million and working capital of C$14.0 million as of 30-Jun-2026. The firm holds zero debt, having recorded a H1-2026 net loss of C$913k. General and administrative expenses totaled C$1.10 million against exploration spending of C$1.37 million, resulting in an operating outflow of C$0.94 million plus C$1.47 million in capital expenditures.
The new drill results represent a substantial increase in scale compared to the previous anchor test, LC-25-012, which returned 432 AgEq g.m (published 8-Jan-2026). The latest holes deliver 3.3-4.6 times that gram-metreage at 3-6 times the grade and greater width, marking the best result ever reported on the same structure. Key differentiators in this release include above-band grade at mineable true width approximately 60 m from surface, confirmation of a second west-dipping structure 250 m from the first, and 1.6 km of the host structure that remains essentially untested. Massive sulphide corroborating the assays was also noted.
Despite the improved results, the stock remains at C$0.99, down from a 52-week high of C$2.80 and near its low of C$0.95, representing a 65% drawdown. Previous releases, such as the 22-Sep-2026 announcement of "218 g/t over 6.45 m," produced only minor price fluctuations. The current valuation suggests the market is not yet pricing in continued drill success.
The results are limited in scope by the fact that they rely on one hole set with no established down-dip continuity, as hole 027 failed. There is no resource estimate, no metallurgical data, and approximately 36% of the value is tied to untested base-metal recovery. Additionally, the market has historically refused to capitalize on narrow high-grade vein hits at this project over a three-year period. While the release changes the perceived scale of Soledad II and the odds of a mineable district, it does not yet alter the resource status, as no resource has been defined.
Kingsmen Resources Ltd. (KNG) is a Vancouver-based, pre-revenue explorer holding 100% of two Mexican projects and a 1% NSR on the La Trini claims within GoGold's Los Ricos North.
The company’s Las Coloradas property, covering 8.5-8.8 km2 in the Parral district of Chihuahua, represents a consolidation of an historic ASARCO silver-gold-lead-zinc-copper mining district. Mineralization is hosted in multiple parallel structures now confirmed to carry high-grade assays, including the east-dipping Soledad structure, the west-dipping Soledad II structure (1.6 km, ~6% drilled), the #8 structure (best gram-metreage on the property), and the DBD zone. Additional targets include the undrilled Saddle target (~4-5 km west) and Silvia/La Plata.
Approximately 30 km away, the Almoloya gold-silver target features the historic Juliettas workings, which yielded surface samples to 34.09 g/t Au over 0.5 m, and the Cigarrero CRD mine (historic ~1.25 Mt @ 600 g/t Ag, 40% Pb, 25% Zn). Kingsmen has not yet conducted drilling at Almoloya.
Prior-period context indicates a C$13.0M bought-deal private placement closed 11-Feb-2026 at C$2.25 (5.78M units, half-warrant at C$3.00), following a C$4.15M non-brokered placement at C$1.35 in Nov-2025. Shares outstanding stood at 34.52M at 30-Jun-2026 versus 25.34M at 30-Sep-2025 (+36% dilution in nine months).
In H1-2026, Kingsmen reported a net loss of C$913k and SG&A of C$1.10M, of which C$344k was investor relations and C$126k share-based, versus C$1.37M of exploration and evaluation spend. The company holds zero debt and has no going-concern flag.
