Kingsmen Drills 1.40 Metres of 433 g/t AgEq (239 g/t Ag) at Las Coloradas, Expanding a High-Grade Silver Zone Open at Depth and Along Strike

Kingsmen reports step-outs extending depth and strike at its project, though grades remain below the 2025 anchor target.

Executive Summary

Kingsmen Resources Ltd. (KNG) reported assay results from two diamond drill holes at its Las Coloradas project in Chihuahua, Mexico.

  • LC-26-014: 1.40m @ 433 g/t AgEq, 239 g/t Ag, 0.41 g/t Au, 4.53% Pb, 5.65% Zn from 190.0m to 191.4m downhole.
  • LC-26-014 including: 0.75m @ 787 g/t AgEq, 435 g/t Ag from 190.4m to 191.5m.
  • LC-26-015: 1.70m @ 185 g/t AgEq, 139 g/t Ag, 0.18 g/t Au, 1.90% Pb, 0.61% Zn from 201.65m to 203.35m downhole.
  • LC-26-015 including: 0.68m @ 438 g/t AgEq, 336 g/t Ag from 202.17m to 202.85m.

The company noted that these figures represent core lengths rather than true widths. Mineralization now covers a minimum strike length of 106m across three drill fences spaced approximately 50m apart, extending to a vertical depth of 155m. The mineralization dips east at approximately 40 degrees.

Only three of the 19 holes drilled at Las Coloradas have reported assays to date. The release highlighted that there has been no infill drilling, no deep drilling, and no testing along the strike of the wide LC-25-010 zone.

Material Impact

Kingsmen Resources Ltd. (KNG) is a pre-resource mineral explorer with no revenue and no defined mineral resource. Recent results represent positive step-outs, indicating the system continues roughly 90-96m down-dip from historic workings and adds a third drill fence. However, the grades are not better than the company’s own 2025 discovery hole and are below the July 2026 hole.

The stock has already de-rated sharply from C$2.80 in January 2026 to about C$1.12 before this release, so the 2025 anchor is not currently embedded in the price at a high level. Against that lowered expectation, two good-band step-out intercepts with high silver-lead-zinc grades are likely to be seen as modestly positive but not transformative.

The market capitalization is approximately C$38 million, so this is not yet a volume-defined deposit. Because true width, cutoff and penalty elements are unresolved, the result is not yet a material de-risking event.
