Magna Terra Reports Expansion of Property and Extension of Airborne Geophysical Survey at the Prospect Or's Dream Epithermal Gold Project, New Brunswick
Magna Terra advances early-stage exploration and expands land holdings to build a district-scale portfolio in Atlantic Canada and Argentina.

Magna Terra Minerals Inc. (MTT) has expanded the land package for its Prospect Or's Dream Project by staking seven new claims covering 5,087 hectares. This addition brings the total area held by the company to 23,887 hectares. The expansion targets the Moose Lake Fault Zone, a prospective structure located near the Bathurst Mining Camp, with no underlying option payments or royalties required for the new claims.
To cover the new contiguous claims, the company is extending its airborne geophysical survey from 1,221 to 1,302 line kilometres, with further extensions planned. Initial prospecting efforts have yielded rock grab samples containing up to 1.97 g/t gold. Additionally, epithermal quartz veins have been identified south and east of the Blitzen Prospect.
Pathfinder elements, including silver (Ag), arsenic (As), antimony (Sb), tellurium (Te), and mercury (Hg), were detected in quartz vein samples, providing vectors toward potential higher-grade parts of the low-sulphidation epithermal system. The company received partial financial assistance from the New Brunswick Junior Mining Assistance Program (NBJMAP).

Magna Terra Minerals Inc. (MTT) has announced expected, incremental exploration activity that aligns with the company’s historical progression of staking, early-stage sampling, and geophysical surveying across its portfolio. The property expansion adds approximately 5,000 hectares at zero cost and without royalties, a move that is operationally positive but financially immaterial.
Grab sample results up to 1.97 g/t Au are indicative but not drill-verified. While these samples support the geological model, they do not materially advance the project to a resource or discovery stage. Additionally, the geophysical survey extension serves as a planned follow-up to previously announced work and does not introduce new catalysts or change the exploration timeline. The release is in line with prior expectations for an early-stage explorer advancing multiple projects simultaneously, with no surprises, misses, or material deviations from the stated exploration strategy.
Magna Terra Minerals Inc. (MTT) is an exploration-stage company advancing a diversified portfolio of district-scale properties across Newfoundland & Labrador, New Brunswick, and Santa Cruz Province, Argentina. The firm’s flagship assets include the Humber Copper-Cobalt Project, featuring the Birch Zone copper-silver discovery covering approximately 50,000 hectares; Prospect Or’s Dream, an epithermal gold project spanning roughly 23,887 hectares; and Rocky Brook, a volcanogenic massive sulfide and gold property in the Bathurst Mining Camp comprising approximately 36,533 hectares.
In addition to its direct holdings, Magna Terra Minerals maintains a 19% equity interest in Gold Hunter Resources’ Great Northern Project and holds an optioned interest in the Luna Roja Project in Argentina in partnership with Lunex Metals. The company also controls the Cape Spencer property, which hosts an Inferred Mineral Resource of approximately 1.33 million ounces of gold, presenting potential avenues for monetization or joint venture development. Currently, the company operates at the grassroots to early exploration stage, with no producing assets, economic studies, or drill-verified resources outside of Cape Spencer.
