Trailbreaker Resources Completes Phase One Drill Program At The Coho Property, Provides Atsutla Project Update
Trailbreaker completes its Coho drill program, with assay results expected to be released in early 2027.

Trailbreaker Resources Ltd. announced the completion of its Phase One diamond drill program at the Coho Property in British Columbia, which consisted of seven holes totaling 2,667 meters. Assay results for the Coho program are pending compilation and data verification, with an expected release window of late 2026 or early 2027. Geophysical surveys using induced polarization were completed at the Coho Zone, with preliminary results used to target chargeability anomalies and interpreted structures.
The company provided updates on other 2026 exploration activities, including pending assay results from the Atsutla Gold Project (Highlands and Swan zones) and surface exploration results from the Masu Zone on the Coho Property. The Masu Zone surface exploration targeted the potential eastward extension of the "A Zone" on the adjoining Trident Property (Pacific Empire Minerals), with results currently being compiled. Additionally, Trailbreaker contracted Aurora Geosciences Ltd. to complete an independent NI 43-101 technical report to replace the previous report filed in December 2022.
Trailbreaker Resources Ltd. (TBK) confirmed that its planned Phase One drill program at the Coho project has been completed as scheduled. The release did not disclose any new assay data, resource estimates, or strategic shifts. Consequently, the core catalyst of assay results has been explicitly delayed to late 2026 or early 2027.
The update aligns with the company's previously communicated 2026 exploration timeline and does not introduce unexpected positive or negative developments. Given the lack of immediate data and the routine nature of drilling completion announcements, the material impact on the stock price is neutral.
Trailbreaker Resources Ltd. (TBK) is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on precious and base metals across British Columbia and the Yukon. Its flagship asset is the Atsutla Gold Project, a 100%-owned, district-scale property in northwestern British Columbia featuring high-grade, vein-hosted gold, silver, and copper showings. Surface sampling at the project has returned exceptional grades, including up to 630 g/t Au and 1,894 g/t Ag. The property encompasses multiple zones—Highlands, Swan, Christmas Creek, Snook, and Willie Jack—spanning a 5.0 km x 4.3 km footprint.
The company also holds other key assets in central British Columbia. The Coho Property is an 8,000-hectare copper-gold porphyry target located 30 km west of Centerra Gold's Mt. Milligan mine; it is fully permitted and drill-ready. The Liberty Property is a 6,895-hectare copper-molybdenum porphyry target near the Gibraltar mine, which recently received a five-year advanced exploration permit. Additional holdings include the Plateau, Eakin Creek, Sheldon, Wheaton, Castle Rock, and McMurdo properties, which are in early-stage exploration. All of Trailbreaker’s assets are currently in early-stage exploration, and no internal mineral resources or reserves have been reported.
