Strategx completes $264,000 private placement

Mr. Darren Bahrey reports STRATEGX ELEMENTS CORP. COMPLETES FLOW-THROUGH PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING Strategx Elements Corp. has closed its non-brokered private placement of flow-through units previously announced on Dec. 18, 2025. Under the offering, the company issued 1.2 million FT units at a price of 22 cents per FT unit for gross proceeds of $264,000. The company paid $15,840 in finders' fees in relation to the offering. Refer to the Dec. 18, 2025, news release for further information on the offering. All securities issued under the offering are subject to a hold period expiring May 1, 2026, in accordance with the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange and applicable securities laws.
