LibertyStream Enters into European Distribution Agreement with Existing Industrial Offtake Partner

LibertyStream Infrastructure Partners Inc. (LIB) has entered into a European distribution agreement with an existing industrial offtake counterparty. The deal grants the counterparty exclusive distribution rights for non-battery customer segments, including glass, ceramics, metallurgy, construction, and pharmaceuticals, across 27 EU countries, the UK, Switzerland, Norway, and Turkey. LibertyStream retains distribution rights for battery customers and specific retained accounts.

The arrangement is supplemental to the existing lithium carbonate offtake agreement and does not amend or replace it. No minimum purchase volumes or guaranteed sales were established. Future sales are contingent upon customer qualification, mutually agreed supply plans, and the Company's ability to produce conforming product. The agreement fulfills a previously disclosed commitment to establish a European distribution framework.

LibertyStream Infrastructure Partners Inc.
