Sable Announces Moxico-Funded Exploration Program and 3,500m Drill Program at the El Fierro Project, San Juan, Argentina

Sable launches a 3,500m drill program at the El Fierro Pyros system to test high-grade intersections and expand the deposit.

Executive Summary

Sable Resources Ltd. announced that partner Moxico Resources plc has approved funding for the upcoming spring-summer exploration season at the El Fierro Project in San Juan, Argentina. The approved program includes regional geological reconnaissance, a Spartan Magnetotelluric (MT) geophysical survey by Quantec Geoscience, and 3,500 metres of diamond drilling at the Pyros porphyry Cu-Au-Mo system.

Regional field exploration and the MT survey are scheduled to commence in November 2026, with drilling anticipated to begin in the second week of January 2027. Drilling objectives focus on extending the known ring-shaped Cu-Au-Mo mineralization, expanding high-grade breccia zones from previous drilling, and testing undrilled southern and western extensions of the system.

The partnership terms grant Moxico an option to earn up to a 51% interest via exploration expenditures and payments over five years, with an option to earn up to 70% upon completion of a feasibility study. The Qualified Person, Luis Arteaga M.Sc. P.Geo., has reviewed and approved the technical information.

Material Impact

Sable Resources Ltd. (SAE) issued a routine update following its January 2026 corporate outlook and previous announcements regarding Moxico’s earn-in agreement. The release confirms Moxico’s continued financial commitment, a development that reduces Sable’s exploration financing risk and accelerates work on the flagship El Fierro project.

The company’s 3,500m drill program and MT survey align with previously communicated exploration plans. The announcement is in line with market expectations and does not materially alter the company's valuation or near-term stock price trajectory.
