Getty Copper Inc. (GTC) announced a C$15 million LIFE offering, a direct follow-up to the company’s fall drilling program which was accelerated following strong spring 2026 drill results at Getty South. The financing provides the necessary capital to execute the planned 4,000-6,000 metre fall drilling campaign and advance geological modeling.
While the offering is dilutive, it is priced at a premium to the recent trading range of C$1.080 to C$1.395, compared to recent prices around $0.97, indicating strong investor appetite for the project's exploration upside. The use of proceeds aligns with the company's stated 2026 strategic priorities to expand resources at Getty North and Getty South.
Getty Copper Inc. (GTC) is a copper exploration company focused on the Highland Valley Copper District in British Columbia. Its flagship asset is the Getty Project, which comprises the Getty North and Getty South deposits, along with the newly acquired Dot Property. The project features a porphyry-related copper system characterized by high-grade mineralization. The company is currently in the exploration phase, aiming to define and expand resources ahead of a planned mineral resource estimate in 2027.
