Golden Sky Minerals Consolidates Strategic Ground Covering Historic Vidette Gold Mine on its Rayfield-Gjoll Project
Golden Sky’s acquisition of the historic Vidette ground consolidates its Rayfield-Gjoll district package.

Golden Sky Minerals Corp. has entered an agreement to acquire a 100% interest in nine mineral claims totaling 385.28 hectares. The properties cover the historic Vidette Gold Mine and the Elm mineral occurrence, which are part of the company’s Rayfield-Gjoll Project in British Columbia.
The transaction consideration consists of 300,000 common shares issued to the vendor and a 2% Net Smelter Return (NSR) royalty. The agreement includes buyback options allowing the company to repurchase 1% of the royalty for C$1.0 million and the remaining 1% for C$2.0 million.
The acquisition consolidates the company's land position and reduces gaps between existing claim blocks, enabling district-scale exploration of copper-gold porphyry and structurally controlled gold mineralization. The deal is subject to TSX Venture Exchange and regulatory approvals.
Golden Sky Minerals Corp. (AUEN) has completed an acquisition that represents a routine, incremental step in its historical strategy of consolidating and expanding the Rayfield-Gjoll land package. The transaction involves minimal dilution, affecting approximately 1.25% of the ~23.88M outstanding shares, and includes a 2% NSR royalty, which is standard for historic mine acquisitions.
The deal aligns with previous announcements, including the May 2026 Rayfield consolidation and the September 2026 Mowich soil results. It does not alter the core Boliden earn-in agreement or near-term catalysts, nor does it indicate any material change to financial guidance or operational timelines.
Golden Sky Minerals Corp. (AUEN) is an exploration-stage company focused on precious and base metals. Its flagship asset is the Rayfield-Gjoll Copper-Gold Project in south-central British Columbia, which covers approximately 90,000 hectares. The project features five distinct target zones—Rayfield, Gnome, Semlin, Mowich, and X Zone—underpinned by strong porphyry copper-gold geological models.
The company also holds additional assets, including the Lucky Strike and Hotspot gold projects in Yukon's White Gold District, as well as the Auden gold project in Ontario's Timmins camp. In a strategic partnership, Golden Sky entered into a $20 million earn-in agreement with Boliden Mineral Canada Ltd., allowing Boliden to earn up to an 80% interest in Rayfield through staged exploration expenditures.
