E3 Lithium's Clearwater Project Selected for the Canada Investment Summit Prospectus; Company Establishes Strategic Advisory Group
E3’s Alberta Brine Project has been nominated for the $1T Canada Investment Summit prospectus.

E3 Lithium Ltd. (ETL) has had its Clearwater Project selected for the Canada Investment Summit Prospectus, a curated portfolio presented to global institutional investors and allied governments to attract up to $1 trillion in investment. To guide capital allocation, project financing, and strategic partnerships, the company established a Strategic Advisory Group comprising Chris Slubicki (former CEO of Modern Resources/OPTI), Dr. Mike Dixon (entrepreneur/technologist), and Kyle Rousay (former Rio Tinto General Counsel).
The release reiterates the project's technical maturity, citing a Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) with an after-tax NPV(8%) of US$3.7 billion, a 16.2 million tonne LCE Measured and Indicated resource, and a confirmed Canada-first proven and probable lithium brine reserve. This follows a series of operational and strategic milestones in Q2 2026, including the successful commissioning of Phase 2 of the Clearwater Demonstration Facility (confirming 75.8 mg/L lithium concentration and 1,400 m³/day flow), securing up to $36.5 million in non-repayable federal funding from NRCan, and signing strategic agreements with TKMS and Tees Valley Lithium.
E3 Lithium Ltd. (ETL) has been selected for the Canada Investment Summit Prospectus, a move that validates the commercial readiness of its Clearwater Project and aligns it with Canadian critical minerals policy. The selection does not introduce new financial terms, binding offtake agreements, or immediate capital raises. Instead, it serves as a strategic marketing and investor relations initiative designed to facilitate future financing and partnership discussions ahead of the Final Investment Decision (FID).
The company maintains an explicit roadmap to reach "shovel-ready" status and secure FID in 2026/2027. This announcement represents an expected, incremental step in the capital-raising and commercialization narrative, reinforcing the existing development thesis.
E3 Lithium Ltd. is a Canadian critical minerals company focused on the Clearwater Project in the Bashaw District of Alberta. The project utilizes proprietary Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) technology to produce battery-grade lithium carbonate from the Leduc formation brine.
The company has successfully commissioned Phase 1 and Phase 2 of its demonstration facility, producing battery-grade lithium carbonate with 99.7% purity and validating consistent brine chemistry. The commercial development plan targets a Stage 1 capacity of 12,000 tonnes per year, with long-term expansion potential up to 150,000 tonnes annually. E3 Lithium aims to reach "shovel-ready" status and secure a Final Investment Decision (FID) in 2027, with commercial operations targeted for 2028-2029.
