Collective Mining to Begin Drilling at Orion, a Newly Defined 2026 Target; Drilling at Victory Target to Follow in Q4-2026
Collective has defined a new Orion target at its Guayabales project and has immediately commenced drilling operations.

Collective Mining Ltd. has announced the immediate commencement of drilling at the newly defined Orion target at its Guayabales Project in Colombia. The Orion target features a 350m x 300m mineralized footprint with strong gold, silver, copper, and molybdenum geochemistry, coincident with a discrete magnetic susceptibility high interpreted as a potential intrusion source.
Follow-up drilling at the Victory target, identified as a copper-gold-molybdenum porphyry-breccia system, is scheduled for Q4 2026. The company maintains 13 active diamond drill rigs on site and holds a strong treasury of $93.7 million, fully funding its 2026 exploration program. Assay methodology follows standard ALS laboratory protocols with rigorous QA/QC, including blanks, duplicates, and certified reference standards.
Collective Mining Ltd. (CNL) announced an expected, incremental step in its aggressive 2026 exploration campaign. This development aligns with previous updates highlighting the expansion of the Apollo system and the identification of new targets, including Trap and Victory. The company is targeting a maiden Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) for Apollo for September 2026, which will serve as the next major catalyst to assess materiality.
Collective Mining Ltd. (CNL) is an exploration-stage mining company focused on the Guayabales and San Antonio projects in the Caldas Department of Colombia. Its flagship Guayabales project is anchored by the Apollo system, a polymetallic intrusion-related deposit enriched in gold, silver, copper, tungsten, and molybdenum. The Apollo system has demonstrated exceptional scale and grade, with drilling extending over 1,300 meters vertically and identifying multiple high-grade zones, including the Ramp Zone, Northern Apollo, and Hanging Wall Vein Zone.
The company is currently advancing an exploration adit to facilitate underground drilling of the Trap system, the Plutus target, and the Apollo’s Ramp Zone. The San Antonio project hosts the Pound target, a high-grade silver-gold vein system. Recently, Collective Mining relocated its executive headquarters to Miami to improve connectivity with operations and U.S. capital markets, and was added to the GDXJ index in March 2026.
