QCX Gold arranges $750,000 private placement

QCX GOLD ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT
QCX Gold Corp. has arranged a non-brokered private placement financing for gross proceeds of up to $750,000 through the issuance of up to 7.5 million units at a price of 10 cents per unit.
Each unit comprises one common share of the company and one whole common share purchase warrant of the company. Each warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one common share at a price of 15 cents per common share for a period of 24 months from the date of issuance.
The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for continued exploration and evaluation of the company's Golden Giant and Fernet properties and for general working capital. Closing of the offering is subject to receipt of all necessary corporate and regulatory approvals, including the approval of TSX Venture Exchange. All securities issued in connection with the offering will be subject to a hold period of four months plus a day from the date of issuance and the resale rules of applicable securities legislation.

The Fernet project is located in the Abitibi greenstone belt and is contiguous with Wallbridge Mining Company Ltd.'s Fenelon/Martiniere property. Both properties are in close proximity to major discoveries which bodes well for exploration.
