Gamma Resources Announces Increase in Private Placement to $1,500,000
Gamma raises $1.5 million to fund uranium exploration at its U.S. projects.

Gamma Resources Ltd. has increased the gross proceeds of its previously announced non-brokered private placement from up to $880,000 to up to $1,500,000. The financing consists of up to 18,750,000 units priced at $0.08 per unit. Each unit comprises one common share and one non-transferable warrant. The warrants carry an exercise price of $0.12 per share and are exercisable for 36 months following closing.
The company anticipates closing the first tranche shortly, subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance. All securities carry a four-month-plus-one-day hold period, preventing immediate free-trading overhang. Securities are unregistered in the U.S. and cannot be offered or sold there.
Gamma Resources Ltd. (GAMA) has increased its recent capital raise target to $1.5 million, a direct follow-up to the July 31, 2026 announcement of an $880,000 placement. Management made the adjustment to secure adequate working capital and exploration funding. The shares were priced at $0.08, aligning with the current depressed market price and reflecting realistic valuation in the current micro-cap environment.
The financing structure reduces maximum dilution by over 60% compared to the original $2.85 million LIFE financing plan announced in July, which was subsequently cancelled. While dilution is higher than the initial $880,000 plan, it remains significantly lower than the cancelled proposal. Insider participation is expected, aligning management with new investors, and a four-month hold period is in place to mitigate immediate sell pressure.
This development extends the company's cash runway without altering the fundamental exploration timeline or introducing new strategic partners. The market had already priced in the necessity of a capital raise given the company's pre-revenue status and historical cash burn.
Gamma Resources Ltd. (GAMA) is a pre-revenue uranium exploration company transitioning its focus to the U.S. Mountain West. Its flagship assets include the Mesa Arc Project in New Mexico’s Chama Basin, which covers approximately 4,520 acres and hosts historic uranium mineralization. The site contains a non-NI 43-101 estimate of 2.5–3.0 million lbs U3O8 and has seen over 75,000m of historical drilling.
The company also holds the Green River Project in Utah’s San Rafael Mining District, comprising approximately 1,100 acres. This property is adjacent to Western Uranium & Vanadium's San Rafael project, where historic district resources exceed 9 million lbs U3O8.
Regarding development status, an NI 43-101 technical report was filed in January 2026, outlining a $1.5M phased exploration program. Permitting for drilling at the Mesa Arc site is currently underway with the U.S. Forest Service, while airborne surveys have commenced at Green River to support resource estimation.
