VR intersects 317 m at 0.77% CuEq starting at surface, above 419 m of 0.48% CuEq, in 881 m drill hole of continuous polymetallic stockwork veining at New Boston Porphyry-Skarn project, Nevada

VR Resources Ltd. (VRR) announced significant geochemical results from drill hole NB26-003 at its New Boston project in Nevada, demonstrating a kilometer-scale vertical dimension to a polymetallic porphyry-skarn mineral system. The hole intersected nearly continuous mineralization over 881 meters, including a high-grade diorite porphyry intrusion at depth and extensive tungsten, molybdenum, copper, and silver mineralization starting from surface. The discovery highlights the potential for a large-scale, polymetallic system with critical metals, supported by new 3D geophysical targeting that identified previously unrecognized anomalies.

Drill hole NB26-003 reached a total depth of 881 meters (2,892 ft) before being terminated due to hole instability. The hole intersected continuous veining and sulfides throughout the entire length. Key intercepts included 0.77% CuEq over 317m starting at surface (0-317m), which included 1.78% CuEq over 84m (40-124m). A second major interval returned 0.48% CuEq over 419m starting at 460m (460-879m). This deeper section included 4.52% CuEq over 16m (528-544m) and a high-grade skarn interval of 33.43% CuEq over 2m (535-537m) containing 1.48% WO3, 0.32% Cu, and 427 g/t Ag in garnet marble skarn. Additional significant intervals within this zone included 0.98% CuEq over 31m (604-635m) in diorite porphyry intrusion and skarn, 0.44% CuEq over 130m (561-691m), and 0.35% CuEq over 7m (858-865m) in mineralized granite porphyry. A surface/anchor sample returned 3.95% CuEq on 0.43% MoS2, 0.09% Cu, 0.14% WO3, and 4.0 g/t Ag.

The mineralization is characterized by tungsten (WO3) present from surface to 550m depth, with sample values up to 2.3%. Molybdenum (MoS2) was present across 2,892 ft of core, with sample values up to 1.0%. Copper (Cu) was nearly continuous, strengthening down-hole, with sample values up to 0.73%. Silver (Ag) was present throughout, with values up to 830 g/t over 1m in high-grade skarn zones. Zinc (Zn) was present in marble breccia zones, with values up to 0.38% Zn.

Geologically, the company identified 21 occurrences of variably mineralized porphyry intrusions, including quartz monzonite/dacite, diorite, and biotite granite. The diorite porphyry encountered at 610m represents a new discovery not evident on surface or historic maps. The system remains open at depth, with mineralization associated with strengthening potassic alteration facies at the bottom of the hole. Lateral extent potential exists over a 3-4 km strike length.

Assays were processed by ALS Global, with preparation in Reno, NV, and analysis in Vancouver, BC. The methodology utilized a sodium peroxide fusion and HCl leach process to optimize detection of refractory minerals such as scheelite and molybdenite. Analysis was conducted via ICP-AES and ICP-MS for 52 elements. Quality assurance and control involved blanks and Certified Reference Materials (CRM CDN-W-4) inserted every 40 meters, with the CRM being comparable to New Boston lithology.

Copper Equivalent (CuEq) was calculated using the formula: CuEq (%) = Cu (%) + [ MoS₂ (%) × 0.5994 × 22.0462 × US$20.00 + Ag (g/t) ÷ 31.1035 × US$35.00 + WO₃ (%) × US$1,900 ] ÷ ( 22.0462 × US$4.50 ). The prices used were Tungsten US$1900/MTU, Molybdenum US$20.00/lb, Copper US$4.50/lb, and Silver US$35.00/Oz. VR Resources noted that CuEq is illustrative only, not economic, and does not consider recovery.

Future plans include re-assaying pulps from hole NB24-002 using sodium peroxide fusion to determine accurate polymetallic grades (Mo, W, Zn) in addition to Cu and Ag. Cost-effective follow-up drilling is planned based on permitted drill sites and historic drill roads.

NB26-003 demonstrates a kilometer-scale vertical dimension to the polymetallic mineral system at New Boston, to match the 2.1 km strike of mineralized sheeted veins exposed on surface.”
