(Amounts are in U.S. dollars, except where noted otherwise.) The company redeemed the 2027 notes at a redemption price equal to $1,003.79 per $1,000 principal amount of notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest of $1,087,644.72 in respect of the notes, using the proceeds from its previously announced offering of $1-billion aggregate principal amount of 7.250 per cent senior notes due 2034.
