Silvercorp Announces Main Zone Drill Results, Including 1.68 g/t Gold over 212.5 Metres, at the Kyzyltash Sulfide Gold Project, Kyrgyzstan

Silvercorp Metals Inc. (SVM) has announced the first batch of drill results from the Main Zone (MZ) of its Kyzyltash Sulfide Gold Project in Kyrgyzstan, highlighting significant intercepts including 212.5 meters at 1.68 g/t Au. The results come from 29 diamond drill holes along a 3,640-meter strike length, confirming multiple broad zones of gold mineralization and extending known structures. The company has shifted its drilling strategy since July 2026 to focus primarily on in-fill drilling to upgrade resources to Measured and Indicated categories for a Pre-Feasibility Study, while the Contact Zone (CZ) assay results remain pending.
The current drilling program covers a strike length of 3,640 meters from Line 1480 to Line 5120. The strategy targets in-fill drilling to convert Inferred resources to Measured and Indicated categories, alongside step-out drilling in the down-dip direction. Drilling in the Contact Zone (CZ) is ongoing with six rigs, though assay results are pending.
Significant intercepts were reported from the Main Zone, led by hole DH26M687 on Line 2520, which was identified as the most significant discovery hole. This hole extended beyond previously defined structures 1-2 and intercepted two new parallel structures 3-4. The combined interval measured 212.5 m at 1.68 g/t Au from 34.5 to 247.0 m. Specific structure intercepts within this hole included 29.5 m at 3.26 g/t Au from 34.5 to 64.0 m for Structure 1, 42.5 m at 2.06 g/t Au from 77.5 to 120.0 m for Structure 2, 25.5 m at 3.05 g/t Au from 161.8 to 187.3 m for Structure 3, and 33.0 m at 2.51 g/t Au from 205.3 to 238.3 m for Structure 4.

Assays were performed by Stewart Assay and Environmental Laboratories LLC (SAEL), near Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. Samples were dried at 105°C, crushed to ≥90% passing 2 mm, and pulverized to ≥90% passing 0.075 mm. Gold analysis was conducted using 30 g fire assay with lead collection and atomic absorption finish. Pulp samples were analyzed for 36 elements by ICP-AES following Aqua Regia digestion. Quality assurance and quality control measures included certified reference materials, blank samples, and coarse/pulp duplicates inserted at a ratio of 20%.
These results build upon a previous NI 43-101 Technical Report effective October 15, 2025, which reported 3.94 million ounces of gold at 2.44 g/t Au (Measured & Indicated) and 1.58 million ounces of gold at 2.30 g/t Au (Inferred). True width of mineralization is estimated for intervals of holes drilled to northwest directions, with specific true widths provided for various intervals, such as an estimated true width of 180.63 m for the DH26M687 combined interval.
"These initial drill results have further confirmed multiple broad zones of gold mineralization within the Main Zone and additional subparallel mineralized structures which were unknown. The mineralized zones remain open at depth and along strike of over 3,640 m."
