Laramide Resources Announces $5 Million Private Placement with a Strategic Investor

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - August 11, 2026) - Laramide Resources Ltd. (TSX: LAM) (ASX: LAM) (OTCQX: LMRXF) ("Laramide" or the "Company"), a uranium mine development and exploration company with significant projects in the United States and Australia, is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement of 8,350,000 common shares in the capital of the Company (each, a "Common Share") at a price of $0.60 per Common Share for gross proceeds $5,010,000 (the "Offering") with a strategic investor. All securities issued pursuant to the Offering will be subject to a hold period of four months plus a day from the date of issuance and the resale rules of applicable securities legislation. The Company will use the gross proceeds of the Offering for working capital and general corporate purposes.
