Andina Copper Intersects 264m at 0.63% Cu from 36m within 504m at 0.48% Cu, Further Expands Mineralized Footprint

Andina Copper Corporation (ANDC) reported drill results from hole CDH010 at its Cobrasco project in Colombia, which intersected 504 meters grading 0.48% copper and 37 ppm molybdenum starting from 36 meters. This interval includes 264 meters grading 0.63% copper and 35 ppm molybdenum from 36 meters, as well as a deeper section of 84 meters grading 0.40% copper and 91 ppm molybdenum from 660 meters.
The highest grades were encountered in magmatic-hydrothermal breccias between 186 and 312 meters, yielding 60 meters at 0.74% copper and 20 meters at 1.18% copper. The mineralized footprint now measures approximately 1,200 meters by 550 to 700 meters and remains open in all directions. Results from hole CDH011 and step-out holes located 350 meters to the northwest are pending.
Andina Copper Corporation (ANDC) released results from drill hole CDH010 at its Cobrasco project, an incremental step for the grassroots explorer that fills a gap in the known footprint rather than representing a new discovery. The assay data shows good, but not transformational, grade, with results in line with prior intercepts including CDH009, which returned 502 m @ 0.40% Cu, and CDH008, which returned 272 m @ 0.50% Cu.
The market has already priced in a large porphyry system at Cobrasco, with the stock rising from C$0.80 in March to over C$1.40 in June driven by earlier Cobrasco holes and the Piuquenes discovery. With a market capitalization of approximately C$312M, the company is already attributed substantial value, and this routine confirmation hole is not expected to materially raise the grade or size estimate.
Andina Copper Corporation (TSXV: ANDC) is a South American porphyry copper explorer that listed on the TSX Venture Exchange in November 2025. The company holds three projects: Cobrasco, a copper-molybdenum asset in Colombia; Piuquenes, a copper-gold project in Argentina; and the early-stage Mantau target in Chile.
At Cobrasco, the company controls approximately 3,000 hectares. Initial scout drilling has delineated a mineralized footprint measuring 1,200 meters by 550–700 meters. Ten wide-spaced holes have been completed, with assays pending for several. Reported grades range from 0.4% to 0.7% copper over broad intervals.
The Piuquenes project comprises a 2,500-hectare land package in the San Juan Miocene belt. A recent discovery hole, PIU13, intersected 468 meters at 0.50% copper and 0.30 grams per tonne gold, adding a third porphyry center to the asset.
As of March 31, 2026, Andina Copper held a cash position of C$27.96 million, following a C$27.5 million financing at C$0.80 per share. The company has no debt and a quarterly burn rate of approximately C$2.5 million to C$3.0 million. There are 269.4 million shares outstanding post-financing, with additional potential dilution from 17.4 million options and 34.5 million warrants.
