Signature Resources Announces Final Drill Results and Commencement of Prospecting Field Program on Regional Claims

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - August 10, 2026) - Signature Resources Ltd. (TSXV: SGU) (OTCQB: SGGTF) (FSE: 3S30) ("Signature" or the "Company") is pleased to announce results from the final three diamond drill holes ("DDHs") in the 2025-26 drill program, which tested the western extension of the Lingman Lake deposit. All three DDHs intersected the structural zones predicted by the Company's geological model and all three contained gold. The winter drill program, shown in Figure 1, consisted of nine holes totaling 4,006 metres ("m") and was completed in early May. The program was designed as a significant step-out exploration program to test the deposit at depth east of the diabase dyke and the strike extension of the gold zones west of the dike The results are significant because they support continuity of structure, mineralization at depth, validate the current geological model, and help define priority targets for future drilling designed to expand the Lingman Lake mineralized envelope.   Figure 1: Plan view of drill program. It has also improved targeting for future drill programs and provided guidance for prospecting work. Surface work has already begun with a number of surface samples showing the potential of the 32-kilometre greenstone belt. J. Dan Denbow, CFA - President, CEO and Director Results of drilling west of diabase dike The Company drilled three DDHs west of the dike to explore the lateral extension of the West and Central gold zones, as shown in Figure 1. Each zone was intercepted as predicted by the geological model, with the DDHs shown in Figure 2. These targets were developed using a 3D Alpha IP survey that indicated a strong correlation between high chargeability and low resistivity. While the structures were intercepted and the core appeared visually prospective, the mineralization intercepted was generally anomalous but low grade. Based on core observations the Central Gold Zone ("CZ") was intercepted very near surface beginning at 11 metres and occurs as two distinct zones, the CZ-A and CZ- B, which combined occur for 16 metres ending at 27 m for an average grade of .11 grams per tonne of gold ("g/t Au"). This included a one-metre intercept from 16 m to 17 m grading 1.10 g/t Au in the CZ-A zone and one metre in CZ-B from 23 m to 24 m grading 0.22 g/t Au. This hole intercepted the leopard rock (typical footwall unit of the northly zones) at 132 m and it continued for the remainder of the hole which is a wider than normal. LM 25-072 was drilled to a total depth of 371 metres to test the heart of the anomaly identified in the IP study and first encountered the CZ-A at 95 m continuing to 107 m as observed in the core. The average grade for the 12 m intercept is 0.07 g/t Au, including a one-metre intercept at 102 metres grading 0.25 g/t Au. CZ-B was observed beginning at 130 m continuing for seven metres with an average grade of 0.10 g/t Au including one metre intercepts grading 0.21 g/t at 130 m and 0.34 g/t Au at 132 m. The West zone began at 250 m for 30 m with an average grade of 0.06 g/t Au. This included a three-metre section from 267 m to 270 m with an average grade of 0.27 g/t Au. The footwall was intercepted at 333 m. LM 25-083 was drilled to a depth of 410 m at a dip of -55.3 degrees. A short intersection of the Central zone occurred at 164 m for three metres with an average grade of 0.17 g/t Au. The West zone was encountered at 277 m for 16 metres with an average grade of 0.07 g/t Au including three metres with an average grade of 0.20 g/t Au. The footwall was intercepted at 349 m. Conclusions from the 2025-2026 Drill Program There are a number of key observations that we take away from the most recent exploration program which has contributed to expanding our knowledge of the Lingman Lake Deposit. All of these observations will serve to underpin our future drilling plans and other geophysical or geochemical studies that we can complete to help targeting for higher grade mineralization. Structural controls remain consistent. All the DDHs in this program have confirmed the geologic model with structural deformation and alteration holding up across the Lingman Lake Deposit. Structure is not the only control. Structure has been very consistent and appeared to be the predictor of grade but drilling further from the original workings demonstrate the correlation of higher grade in proximity to the quartz feldspar porphyry ("QFP") east of the diabase dike. QFP has not been observed in the drill core west of the dike where higher grade has been reported. Types of deformation appear key to grade. Areas that exhibit of brittle-ductile deformation along the deposit show variable grades versus areas combined with silica flooding show higher grades. Signals from Molybdenite. Trace molybdenite mineralization which is hosted by quartz veining along the deposit's footwall implies a high temperature fluid and thermal input from granitoid intrusions to the mineralization event. This suggests a fluid overprint onto the shear system from the QFP resulting in areas of higher-grade gold mineralization. Significant targets identified at depth. The program has identified a westerly plunge to the deposit opening a large untested area. Target Areas A and D seen in Figure 3 on both sides of the dike that can extend the resource significantly at depth. In addition, a largely undrilled area, Target Area B, which is above the identified deeper targets could also be quite additive to the resource. The Company has begun a 30-day prospecting program that will investigating an area 15 km to west of the Lingman Lake deposit. Prior airborne geophysical surveys that we have completed have been overlayed with historical results from prospecting work mostly completed in the 1960’s and 1970’s with a small amount from the early 1980’s, which point to this being a highly prospective area. Historical records are very high-level but our compilation efforts document a number of base metal and gold showings aligned in a curvilinear trend south mirroring the regional-scale contact between Lingman Greenstone Belt and granites. This area is being referred to as Area 5 for this work program. There are records of past sampling, shallow blast trenching and even some small diameter (21.5 and 30.1 mm) drilling that we have been able to incorporate in our database. We will be targeting to work around the areas of historical activity and their relationship to structures as currently interpreted from airborne geophysical surveys. The program consists of initial mapping, prospecting and sampling to confirm and provide context for historical results and to select areas for follow-up work. SGS is a certified laboratory and also has internal quality control ("QC") programs that include insertion of reagent blanks, reference materials, and pulp duplicates. The Corporation inserts QC samples (blanks and reference materials) at regular intervals to monitor laboratory performance. SGS Canada is the Canadian division of the world's leading testing, inspection, and certification company. It provides independent testing and assurance of quality of samples for Signature Resources Ltd. The nominal sampling interval for analyses is one (1) metre and the core was diamond-saw cut (half for sample purposes, half retained for archival purposes) on site to provide a sample of approximately 2.40 kilograms of material per one metre of half NQ-size core. Prior to sampling, all cores are photographed for archival purposes in sets of three boxes per photo with separate wet and dry versions of each set. The SGS laboratories carry out the sample login/registration, sample weighing and sample preparation (G_CRU21 - crush to 75% passing 2 millimetres and G_PUL45 - pulverize 250 grams using Cr-steel bowl to 85% passing 75 micrometres). Gold analyses were performed by (GE_FAA313 - fire assay pre-concentration with AAS finish or for over limit results of >10.000 g Au/t, GE_FAG303 - fire assay pre-concentration with a gravimetric finish). The SGS laboratory in Vancouver, British Columbia performed multi-element analyses for 51 elements (GE_ICM14B - aqua regia digestion with an ICP-AES or -MS finish). Over limit analyses for Ag (GO_ICP13B - aqua regia digestion with an ICP-AES finish) and As or Zn (GO_ICP90Q - sodium peroxide fusion with an ICP-AES finish) were performed as required.
