Gold Terra Announces Closing of Second Tranche of the C$10.8M LIFE
Gold Terra closes a second tranche of $10.8m financing to fund drilling at the Con Mine tailings and shear zones.

Gold Terra Resource Corp. closed the second tranche of its non-brokered private placement on August 6, 2026. The tranche raised C$446,665 through the issuance of 2,481,477 common shares at C$0.18 per share. Total gross proceeds for the entire offering stand at C$10.8 million. The final tranche is expected to close around August 20, 2026, subject to standard conditions. No warrants were issued with this tranche. Finders' fees of C$21,399.95 were paid to arm's length finders, with Integrity Capital Group Inc. acting as advisor.
Gold Terra Resource Corp. (YGT) has closed the second tranche of its previously announced financing, a routine follow-up to the July 7, 2026 announcement upsizing the offering to C$10.8 million and the July 24, 2026 closing of the first tranche. The market was already aware of the financing structure, pricing, and objectives.
The incremental dilution from this tranche (~2.48M shares) is minimal relative to the ~468.8M shares outstanding. The news confirms the company remains on track to fully fund its 2026 exploration program, maintaining the balance sheet liquidity needed to execute the planned drilling campaigns. No new strategic developments, valuation changes, or unexpected terms are introduced.
