Orogen Royalties Acquires the Two Peaks Project in Arizona
Orogen’s steady pipeline generation adds optionality but offers no near-term cash flow catalysts for investors.

Orogen Royalties Inc. has acquired the Two Peaks CRD and skarn project, a property covering approximately eight square kilometres of Bureau of Land Management claims near Whetstone and Benson in southeastern Arizona. The site is geologically similar to South32's Hermosa deposit, featuring lead-zinc-silver-manganese replacement and copper skarn targets within the Laramide porphyry copper belt.
The property remains underexplored with no historical drilling. However, recent high-resolution airborne hyperspectral and magnetic surveys have identified anomalous base metals. Grab samples returned up to 5.35% lead, 10.8 g/t silver, and 1050 ppm manganese. Additionally, soil sampling outlined anomalous zinc-lead-silver up to two kilometres outboard of the intrusive centre.
The project will be presented at Orogen's third annual Project Generator Day on September 16, 2026. The property has no underlying encumbrances and is available for option or sale.
Orogen Royalties Inc. (OGN) acquired an early-stage, low-capital exploration asset that aligns with its generative business model. The transaction does not produce revenue, incur mining costs, or materially alter the company’s balance sheet. The market likely already prices in continuous pipeline generation for a prospect generator.
Orogen Royalties Inc. (OGN) operates on a partner-funded, generative exploration model designed to create new royalty interests without dilution. The company currently holds a portfolio comprising 34 royalties, seven option agreements, three exploration alliances, and four projects available for acquisition. Its flagship asset is the Ermitaño mine in Sonora, Mexico, which produces gold and silver under a 2% net smelter return (NSR) agreement.
The company’s emerging royalties include MPD South in British Columbia (copper-gold), Hwy 37/Hank in British Columbia (copper-gold), Maggie Creek in Nevada (gold), Spring Peak in Nevada (gold), and La Rica in Colombia (copper-gold). Orogen maintains strategic alliances with Altius Minerals, Triple Flag Precious Metals, and South32, under which partners fund exploration within predefined Areas of Interest.
