LIFT Announces C$20 Million Public Offering
Li-FT Power’s discounted $20M equity raise funds care-and-maintenance operations at its Renard project.

Li-FT Power Ltd. announced a bought-deal public offering of 6,900,000 common shares at C$2.90 per share. The transaction is expected to generate gross proceeds of C$20,010,000, with a 15% over-allotment option available to underwriters. Canaccord Genuity Corp. is serving as the lead underwriter.
The company stated that net proceeds will be strictly earmarked to fund the first year of care and maintenance costs for the Renard option period and general working capital. Closing is expected around August 12, 2026, pending TSXV approval. Avenir Minerals Limited holds participation rights and is expected to participate in the offering.
Li-FT Power Ltd. (LIFT) issued approximately 7.9% new shares at a ~12% discount to the recent market price of ~$3.31. The proceeds from the financing are entirely consumed by the Renard option's annual C$18 million care and maintenance requirement, leaving no capital for core exploration or development. The discount pricing reflects current market sentiment and liquidity constraints, which are typical for bought deals but unfavorable for existing shareholders. The transaction serves as a routine capital raise to keep the Renard option alive, aligning with previous guidance but offering no immediate upside catalyst.
Li-FT Power Ltd. (LIFT) is a Canadian lithium developer focused on hard-rock spodumene projects in Quebec and the Northwest Territories. Its flagship assets include the Adina-Galinee Lithium Project in Quebec, which holds a combined NI 43-101 resource of 76.4 Mt at 1.14% Li2O, and the Yellowknife Lithium Project in the NWT, containing 50.4 Mt at 1.00% Li2O.
The company holds a binding call option to acquire the Renard diamond mine site in Quebec, which features a 2.2 Mtpa processing plant and 16 MW power infrastructure intended for repurposing to lithium processing. Development targets a Definitive Feasibility Study for Adina in late 2027 and a Preliminary Economic Assessment for Yellowknife by late 2026.
