Riverside Resources Expands British Columbia Mineral Tenures for Rare Earth Elements (REE) and Gold-Copper
Riverside doubles its Red Jacket tenure and expands its Revel REE land base in British Columbia.

Riverside Resources Inc. (RRI) has secured mineral title for expanded property packages at its Revel and Red Jacket Projects in south-central British Columbia. At the Revel Project, added claims cover the northern continuation of the carbonatite layer, increasing the total tenure area by approximately 30%. The project hosts a 12-kilometre-long undrilled carbonatite-style rare earth element (REE) system.
At the Red Jacket Project, added claims nearly double the mineral tenure area. The site is a volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS) system in the Eagle Bay Assemblage, featuring historical high-grade grab samples and limited historical drilling.
Summer exploration programs are underway at both properties, including planned airborne surveys at Revel and ongoing sampling and mapping at Red Jacket, with results expected in the coming months. Management states the expansions strengthen the company's position in a stable jurisdiction, add cost-effective value, and set up the company for partner funding transactions.
Riverside Resources Inc. (RRI) has expanded the tenure on its projects, a move consistent with its project-generator model of securing prospective land to attract partner funding and spin-out opportunities. The expansion does not constitute a new discovery, a change in project economics, or a shift in corporate strategy. Instead, it aims to de-risk long-term exploration upside by securing strike extensions.
The development aligns with the company’s stated 2026 strategy of advancing Canadian assets, specifically Red Jacket, Revel, and Deer Park, through drilling and permitting. Given the routine nature of land acquisitions in early-stage exploration and the absence of immediate financial or operational catalysts, the market impact is expected to be limited and incremental.
Riverside Resources Inc. (RRI) operates as a project generator and early-stage explorer, focusing on gold, silver, copper, and rare earth elements in Canada and Mexico. The company identifies, acquires, and advances early-stage mineral opportunities using partner-funded exploration, retaining equity and royalty interests. It has a track record of spin-outs, including Blue Jay Gold and Capitan Silver.
The company’s flagship asset is the Union Project in Sonora, Mexico, a district-scale carbonate replacement deposit (CRD) gold-silver system. Phase 1 drilling has been completed, totaling more than 1,600 meters, with high-grade chip-channel sampling reported at 30m @ 20 g/t Au. Phase 2 drilling is currently underway and is funded by partner Questcorp Mining.
Other key assets include the Red Jacket property in British Columbia (VMS), the Revel property in British Columbia (REE), the Ariel property in Mexico (porphyry Cu), and the Cecilia property in Mexico (epithermal Au-Ag).
Riverside Resources holds a royalty portfolio that includes a 2% NSR on Tajitos (Fresnillo), a 2% NSR on Sugarloaf Peak (Arizona Metals), and royalties on Capitan Silver and Blue Jay Gold properties.
