Greenheart Gold Announces Results from the Maiden Drill Program at Igab, Including Hole D-007 Intersecting 7.0 m @ 5.82 g/t Au, and Results at Majorodam

Greenheart’s maiden drilling at Igab confirms high-grade trench gold while awaiting continuity at the Majorodam project.

Executive Summary

Greenheart Gold Inc. (GHRT) has released its first diamond drill results from the Igab project, covering the Koela, Cannibal Creek, and Desiberg targets, alongside a progress update on the Majorodam RC program.

The Igab drilling highlights include the following intercepts: - Hole IGBD26‑007: 7.0 m @ 5.82 g/t Au (Koela target) - Hole IGBD26‑003: 8.0 m @ 2.16 g/t Au - Hole IGBD26‑011: 4.0 m @ 4.68 g/t Au - Hole IGBD26‑005: 2.4 m @ 6.42 g/t Au - Hole IGBD26‑012: 2.0 m @ 2.58 g/t Au - Hole IGBD26‑006: 6.0 m @ 0.31 g/t Au

Trenching results at Igab included: - Cannibal Creek (IGBT26‑094): 22.0 m @ 2.13 g/t Au, including 15.0 m @ 3.01 g/t Au - Koela East (IGBT26‑113): 3.0 m @ 11.59 g/t Au - Additional 9 m trenches at 1.33–1.37 g/t Au

At the Majorodam project, 160 RC holes totaling 11,748 m have been completed, with approximately 35% of assays still pending. Received results include: - MAJR26‑025: 8.0 m @ 2.47 g/t Au - MAJR26‑029: 16.0 m @ 0.63 g/t Au - MAJR26‑053: 12.0 m @ 1.57 g/t Au (including 3.0 m @ 1.16 g/t Au)

Intercepts were calculated using cutoffs of 0.30 g/t Au (minimum 5 m length, maximum 5 m internal waste) or 1.00 g/t Au (minimum 3 m, maximum 2 m waste). Analysis was conducted via fire-assay with AA, with gravimetric methods used for over-limits. The Qualified Person is Justin van der Toorn.

Material Impact

Greenheart Gold Inc. (GHRT) is an explorer with no established resource, meaning its equity value is derived entirely from the perceived option value of its land and drill results. Prior trench results at Igab in February 2026 established high-grade gold at Koela West/East, prompting the market to reward those findings with a stock price spike to the C$1.10 area. Since then, the stock has drifted back to C$0.75 due to a lack of follow-up drilling and financing overhang.

The company’s maiden drill holes essentially confirm what the trenches suggested, indicating that high-grade gold exists in narrow shoots. These results do not demonstrate a large, continuous volume, and the gram-metres are not transformational. For a stock trading at a $160 million market cap with C$85 million in cash, these results are considered incremental.

The Majorodam update serves as a progress note on a large, shallow RC program with pending assays and routine intercepts, adding no new discovery value. The news de-risks the high-grade trench anomalies slightly, but the scale, continuity, and overall deposit potential remain unproven. There has been no resource upgrade, no new discovery, and no step-out that expands the footprint beyond what was already implied by surface sampling.

Company Overview

Greenheart Gold Inc. (GHRT) is a gold explorer focused on the Guiana Shield, formed from the July 2024 merger of Reunion Gold and G-Mining. The company holds early-stage projects in Suriname, including Majorodam, Igab, and Tosso Creek, as well as the Gold Hill project in Guyana.

Majorodam is the most advanced of these assets, featuring an 800-meter strike Heuvel West zone defined by reverse circulation and diamond drilling, alongside a large untested Gowtu soil anomaly. Igab is an earlier-stage prospect that has yielded high-grade trench and drill hits at Koela and Cannibal Creek. Tosso Creek displays long soil anomalies and is awaiting drill testing.

Financially, the company held approximately C$82 million in cash following a C$59.85 million placement at C$1.00 in April 2026. This balance sits against a loss-making exploration profile with no debt, resulting in working capital of C$25.2 million at Q1 2026. Institutional and strategic ownership is high, with La Mancha holding 19.9% and G-Mining 10.5%, providing alignment but also potential overhang if these parties seek an exit.

No mineral resource or economic study has been published for the company. The value proposition rests entirely on drill-bit success.
