BP Silver Corp Reports Surface Samples up to 935 g/t Silver, 1.51 g/t Gold, 5.65% Zinc, and 3.16% Lead at the Jalsuri Target Cluster and Mobilizes Second Drill Rig at the Cosuno Silver Project

Jalsuri surface assays up to 935 g/t Ag confirm high-grade polymetallic potential ahead of Phase 2 drilling.

Executive Summary

BP Silver Corp. (BPAG) has released surface sampling results from the Jalsuri Target Cluster at its Cosuno Silver Project in Bolivia. The company collected 179 chip and channel samples, which returned widespread mineralization, with 85% exceeding reporting thresholds.

The highest grades identified include 935 g/t Ag (30.1 oz/t), 1.51 g/t Au, 5.65% Zn, and 3.16% Pb. At the Jalsuri North target, continuous mineralization has been observed over approximately 400m of strike length, characterized by high-grade polymetallic veins. Meanwhile, the Jalsuri Northeast target features a 1,000m breccia and vein structure, with 72% of samples returning greater than 1,000 ppm Pb.

To test this near-surface mineralization, a second diamond drill rig has been mobilized to the Jalsuri North and Northeast areas. This activity is part of the ongoing 2,000-meter Phase 2 program. Quality assurance and quality control protocols remain intact, with processing conducted by ALS laboratories and core recovery rates ranging from 95% to 97.5%.

Material Impact

BP Silver Corp. (BPAG) released data confirming the geological model established during Phase 1 drilling, validating the decision to allocate a second rig to the Jalsuri targets. These surface sampling results are expected follow-ups to the May 2026 mapping and sampling announcements, with the market already aware of the Phase 2 program and the Jalsuri targets.

The news represents incremental exploration progress, introducing no new capital, corporate changes, or material resource definitions. Financially, the company’s cash position of $9.83M comfortably covers the $4.5M 2026 exploration budget, triggering no immediate dilution or financing risk.

Company Overview

BP Silver Corp. (TSXV: BPAG | OTCQB: BPSCF) is an early-stage exploration company focused on the Cosuno Silver Project in Bolivia. The company’s flagship asset, Cosuno, covers 3,375 hectares within a 10.5 km² hydrothermal alteration zone, or lithocap. This system hosts polymetallic mineralization including silver, gold, zinc, lead, antimony, bismuth, copper, indium, and tin.

Ownership of the project is held through a 52% interest in Emisur Minera S.A. via subsidiary Roxwell Silver Minera S.A. The remaining 48% is subject to a payment schedule extending to 2029. A 2% NSR royalty applies to the property, which can be purchased for $5.0M at any time, or for $2.5M within five years of drilling commencement.

Drilling operations are currently in Phase 2, with 2,000 meters underway. Phase 1 drilling was completed in December 2025, consisting of 11 holes totaling 906 meters. Phase 3, comprising 6,000 meters, is planned for the future. The company is led by CEO Tim Shearcroft and COO Gonzalo Lemuz, with Dr. Stewart D. Redwood serving as the Qualified Person.
