MIAMI, July 22, 2026 /CNW/ -- Collective Mining Ltd. (NYSE: CNL) (TSX: CNL) ("Collective" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the release of its 2025 Sustainability Report, detailing the Company's sustainability initiatives and performance across its exploration projects in Colombia.
In 2025, the Company completed 62,500 meters of exploration drilling, its most ambitious campaign to date, materially advancing the Apollo system while furthering its understanding of the broader Guayabales and San Antonio Projects. Alongside the exploration progress, Collective continued to strengthen its local workforce, invest in community development and responsibly manage the environmental impacts associated with its expanding activities.
Guided by its commitment to "The Collective Way," the Company continued to build long-term partnerships in the region through initiatives focused on water access and sanitation, infrastructure, education, agricultural development, technical training and community capacity building.

Key Highlights from the 2025 Sustainability Report include:
Approximately US$1.45 million in total social investment, with 57.5% funded directly by Collective and 42.5% contributed by strategic partners, reaching 18,880 beneficiaries across 1,745 families and strengthening the capabilities of 237 community leaders.
Zero Lost Time Injuries for direct employees throughout 2025, maintaining a Total Recordable Injury Frequency Rate ("TRIFR") of 0%.
Zero instances of environmental non-compliance during the period.
A 38% year-over-year increase in direct employment, reflecting the continued expansion of the Company's exploration, engineering and social activities.
81% of the Company's employees are from Caldas, with women representing 35% of direct employment at year-end.

To date, Collective has completed over 184,000 meters of diamond drilling across the Guayabales and San Antonio projects, including 120,000 meters at the flagship Apollo system, which anchors the Guayabales Project.
With US$113.3 million in cash (as of March 31, 2026), the Company is fully funded for its planned 2026 program, which envisions up to 100,000 meters of drilling. The Company presently has 13 diamond drill rigs operating across the Guayabales Project.
