Abrasilver submits RIGI application for Diablillos
None

On November 21, 2025, AbraSilver announced it has formally submitted its application for the Diablillos silver-gold project to be included under Argentina's Large Investment Incentive Regime (RIGI). This regime provides long-term fiscal stability, along with tax, customs, and foreign-exchange benefits for large-scale projects. The company anticipates a decision from the government in early 2026 and continues to advance towards a construction decision in the latter half of 2026.
The submission of the RIGI application is a necessary and expected administrative milestone. While positive in that it demonstrates progress and execution on the company's stated plan, it is not materially impactful on its own. The market was already aware that the company would be applying for these benefits; in fact, the robust economics presented in the December 3, 2024, Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) were explicitly contingent on receiving the RIGI benefits.
Therefore, this news does not change the fundamental valuation or the risk profile of the company today. It simply moves the project one step further down the permitting and de-risking path. The key catalyst will be the approval of the application, which is not expected until early 2026. Until then, the risk that the application is delayed, rejected, or that the RIGI regime is altered remains. This is a routine, procedural update that confirms the company is on track with its previously disclosed timeline.
