Power One Resources Expands Pecors Project to Secure Priority Deep Geophysical Target in Advance of Drilling
Power One’s Pecors land expansion advances despite a $10k cash balance and $410k deficit requiring an urgent capital raise.

Power One Resources Corp. has secured 75 hectares, comprising three cell blocks, at its Pecors Project in the Elliot Lake uranium district. This acquisition covers the northeastern extension of the priority Zd1 anomaly. The company plans to deep-test the Pecors magnetic anomaly for Ni-Cu-PGE mineralization, following ZTEM heliborne surveys that identified deep-seated features, Zd1 and Zd2, which were missed by 2015 drilling.
Management is currently evaluating financing and strategic alternatives to fund an aggressive return to the Pecors Project and advance the next phase of exploration. This development follows a drill permit application filed on July 8, 2026, and a series of exploration updates highlighting gold discoveries in November 2025, hydrogen potential in December 2025, and critical minerals positioning in May 2026.
Power One Resources Corp. (PWRO) has filed for drilling permits and announced a land expansion, steps that align with the company’s exploration roadmap for the Pecors Project. However, the company also explicitly stated it is evaluating financing and strategic alternatives, a disclosure that highlights its severe liquidity constraints and an imminent need for capital. This requirement for a capital raise introduces significant dilution risk, which offsets the progress made in exploration. Consequently, the stock price reaction is expected to be muted, as the underlying going concern status and working capital deficit dominate the fundamental picture over short-term sentiment support.
Power One Resources Corp. (PWRO) is a pre-revenue exploration company focused on critical minerals and precious metals in Canada. Its flagship asset is the Pecors Project in Ontario, located in the historic Elliot Lake uranium district. The property covers over 2,300 hectares and features a massive 12 km x 4 km magnetic anomaly, targeting Ni-Cu-PGE, gold, uranium, and natural hydrogen.
The company also holds a secondary asset, the Wicheeda West Project in British Columbia. Power One Resources Corp. holds a 25% interest in this rare earth element (REE) property, which is subject to an earn-in agreement with Primary Hydrogen Corp. The company is in the early exploration stage, relying on historical data, geophysical surveys, and limited drilling to define its targets.
