METALLIS COMMENCES 2026 FIELD SEASON AT GREYHOUND PROJECT, IDAHO
Metallis expands its Idaho exploration program at the Greyhound project, initiating a new field season to advance its mineral resource targets.

Metallis Resources Inc. (MTS) has officially commenced its 2026 field season at the Greyhound Project in central Idaho. Exploration crews have mobilized to complete road maintenance, establish camp facilities, and verify drill pad locations.
The primary 2026 drilling target is the Rufus Zone, aiming to evaluate the geometry, continuity, and structural controls of the interpreted higher-grade mineralized shoots within the broader Greyhound Shear system. Secondary targets, including Republican, Bulldog, Akita, Idaho, Ridge Cut, and Birdie, will undergo surface mapping, trenching, and geochemical sampling to prioritize future drill testing. The program builds on 2025 results that confirmed a broad polymetallic shear zone hosting gold, silver, lead, zinc, and antimony.
Metallis Resources Inc. (MTS) has commenced its 2026 field season, an operational milestone that follows the June 2026 financing announcements and the February 2026 exploration update. The market was already aware of the planned 2026 program, which includes up to 3,000 meters of drilling and VLF drone surveys, based on prior releases.
The execution of this planned work validates management's timeline and logistical readiness, though it does not alter the fundamental risk/reward profile until assay results are released.
Metallis Resources Inc. (MTS) is a pre-revenue exploration company managing two primary assets: the Greyhound Project in Idaho and the Kirkham Property in British Columbia. Greyhound hosts a 3.5 km polymetallic shear zone containing gold, silver, antimony, lead, and zinc. The company’s 2025 maiden drill program confirmed high-grade intercepts, including 795 g/t AgEq over 1.48m at the 1350 Zone.
Kirkham is a 106 km² gold-copper porphyry target located in BC's Golden Triangle, adjacent to major regional projects like Eskay Creek and KSM.
