Intrepid Metals Announces 2026 Annual General Meeting Results

Intrepid Metals Corp. announced the voting results from its 2026 Annual General Meeting held on June 30, 2026. All motions presented to shareholders, including the election of directors and appointment of auditors, were approved with overwhelming support. A total of 42,116,953 common shares were voted, representing 34.1% of the issued and outstanding shares at the record date.
