Intrepid Metals Strengthens Technical Team

Intrepid Metals Corp. (INTR) has appointed Ken Balleweg, P.Geo., as Senior Geologist, transitioning him from a long-term consultant to a full-time employee to support the company’s 2026 exploration campaign at the Corral Copper Project. Balleweg has worked with Intrepid since 2022 as a geological consultant. In his new role, his responsibilities will include mapping, structural interpretation, target generation, and drill planning for the Arizona projects. He is a Certified Professional Geologist with over 40 years of experience, having served as Exploration Manager and Vice President at Alamos Gold, as well as holding senior roles at Pucara Gold and Placer Dome.
The Company also entered into an agreement with San Diego Torrey Hills Capital, Inc. ("Torrey Hills") to provide investor relations and communications services for an initial term of three months. The services include investor audience building, news release distribution, access to investment professionals, conference call coordination, and road show scheduling. The aggregate fee for these services is US$22,500, payable in equal monthly installments of US$7,500. The agreement begins on July 1, 2026, and will continue on a month-to-month basis thereafter, with either party able to terminate the agreement with 30 days' prior notice. The fees will be paid from Company cash on hand. Torrey Hills is an arm's length party with no direct or indirect interest in Company securities.
