Vertiqal arranges $2-million (U.S.) debenture financing

An anonymous director reports VERTIQAL STUDIOS ANNOUNCES SECURED DEBENTURE FINANCING Vertiqal Studios Corp. intends to complete a senior secured debenture financing of up to $2-million (U.S.) bearing an annual interest rate of 13 per cent and maturing 18 months from the date of issuance. The debentures will be secured by a first-ranking security interest over all present and after-acquired property and assets of the company. Interest will accrue and be payable as a balloon payment on the maturity date. Proceeds from the offering will be used for general working capital purposes.
