NiCAN has Fully Allocated a Non-Brokered Private Placement for Gross Proceeds of $4,000,000
NiCan raised $4 million at a premium to fund exploration of its Manitoba gold and nickel projects.

NiCan Limited has fully allocated a non-brokered private placement of flow-through shares (CFT Shares) for gross proceeds of $4,000,000 CAD. The offering consists of 22,857,143 shares priced at $0.175 per share. Proceeds are designated for eligible Canadian exploration expenses on the company's Manitoba mineral projects, with tax renunciations expected by December 31, 2026.
Director Michael Gentile intends to exercise existing warrants for approximately $560,000 to maintain his ~19.9% ownership stake, conditional on the closing of the main offering. The transaction is expected to close around November 10, 2026, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, with a standard four-month-and-one-day hold period.
NiCan Limited (NICN) has completed a $4 million placement at $0.175 per share, a price representing a 25-45% premium over the recent trading range of $0.12-$0.14. The company stated that the transaction indicates strong investor demand and validates its exploration progress.
The financing will directly fund the next phase of drilling and geophysical surveys at the Pipy South and Wine projects, aligning with management's stated exploration roadmap. Concurrently, Michael Gentile exercised warrants, a move the company described as demonstrating insider confidence and aligning his economic interest with the company's long-term exploration goals.
This capital raise follows the March 2026 placement of $1.27 million. NiCan characterized the new funding as an incremental, expected capital raise typical for junior explorers advancing grassroots projects, noting that it extends the company's cash runway.
