QYOU Media earns $750,000 in first half fiscal 2026

QYOU MEDIA SUBSIDIARY CHATTERBOX TECHNOLOGIES REPORTS RECORD RESULTS
QYOU Media Inc.'s India subsidiary, ChatterBox Technologies Ltd., has released record financial results for the first half year ended Sept. 30, 2025, demonstrating strong performance supporting its successful initial public offering listing on the BSE SME platform (Bombay Stock Exchange).
Key highlights:
Revenue from operations increased to Rs 3,598.49 lakhs ($5.75-million) in the first half of 2025 to 2026 from Rs 2,696.63 lakhs ($4.31-million) in H1 2024 -- fiscal 2025, representing 33.4 per cent year-on-year growth.
Profit after tax stood at Rs 470.04 lakhs ($750,000) for H1 2025 -- fiscal 2026 compared with Rs 375.47 lakhs ($600,000) in H1 2024 -- fiscal 2025, marking 25.2-per-cent growth.
Basic and diluted earnings per share of Rs 4.51 for the half year ended Sept. 30, 2025.
Chatterbox Technologies Ltd. has a statutory requirement to report first half results for 2025 -- fiscal 2026 within 21 days following its IPO (initial public offering). Consolidated results for QYOU Media for Q3 2025 -- fiscal 2026 will be reported on or before Dec. 1, 2025. Historically, Chatterbox has represented approximately 30 per cent of overall QYOU Media consolidated results.
Chatterbox is among India's leading -- and the first publicly listed -- digital and influencer marketing platforms. The robust financial performance in the six months preceding its IPO on Oct. 3, 2025, underscores strong market confidence and supports the company's position in India's rapidly expanding digital and influencer marketing ecosystem. It comes on the heels of its successful IPO, which saw the company raise Rs 4,286.28 lakhs ($6,841,935). The issue was oversubscribed 52 times, with shares allotted on Oct. 1, 2025, with listing on the SME platform of BSE Ltd. under the symbol CHTR.BO on Oct. 3, 2025. QYOU Media owns 7,123,707 shares of Chatterbox representing 51 per cent of the shares outstanding.
