Mr. Greg Isenor reports KO GOLD ANNOUNCES FINAL SHARE ISSUANCE AND COMPLETION OF NEW ZEALAND PERMIT ACQUISITION KO Gold Inc. has completed the final share issuance under its amended and restated exploration permit acquisition agreement with NewPeak NZ Ltd. and has thereby completed the acquisition of a 100-per-cent interest in two exploration permits located in the Otago region, New Zealand. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, KO Gold's wholly owned subsidiary, KO Gold NZ Ltd., acquired the property for total consideration of $500,000, satisfied through the staged issuance of common shares of KO Gold. The final tranche of 735,294 consideration shares issued a price of 17 cents per share has now been issued, marking the completion of the acquisition. The property comprises exploration permit 60677, covering approximately 8,764 hectares in the Central Otago district, New Zealand, and exploration permit 60733, covering approximately 448 hectares in the central Otago district, New Zealand. Both permits grant exclusive rights to explore for gold (and silver, in the case of EP 60677) under the New Zealand Crown Minerals Act 1991. All consideration shares issued under the agreement are subject to a statutory four-month hold period which will expire Jan. 20, 2026, under applicable Canadian securities laws. About KO Gold Inc. KO Gold's strategy is to acquire and explore highly prospective gold properties within the Otago gold district in New Zealand. We seek Safe Harbor.
