ImagineAR arranges $700,000 private placement

Mr. Alen Silverrstieen reports IMAGINEAR ANNOUNCES $700,000 NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT ImagineAR Inc. has arranged a non-brokered private placement financing of up to 23,333,333 units at a price of three cents per unit for gross proceeds of up to $700,000. Each unit will comprise one common share in the capital of the company and one non-transferable common share purchase warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share at a price of five cents for a period of 36 months from the closing of the offering. In accordance with applicable Canadian securities laws, all securities issued and issuable pursuant to the private placement will be legended with a hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance. Completion of the offering is subject to the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, including the approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
