During the meeting, a new four-member Board of Directors was elected, consisting of Rodney Campbell, Jeremy Wright, Stephen J. Wilkinson, and Brian Crawford. Manning Elliott LLP was re-appointed as the company’s auditor. Additionally, shareholders approved the rolling Stock Option Plan and Equity Incentive Plan.

The approval clears the administrative path for the consolidation to take effect, pending final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. No new capital was raised, and no material exploration results or strategic partnerships were disclosed in this release.
